From my memory, Supes is light-speed. Spiderman does have very good reaction feats, although the Chance feat is believed to be aim-dodging. HOWEVER: There was no way Spidey could have known how many lasers there were and how the blasters worked. Also, Spidey can dodge attacks from Lightmaster. So what do y'all think?
Could Spiderman react to Superman?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
Spidey is supersonic+ at best in reaction, and he's consistently getting hit by things that's hardly supersonic.
@squaddoubleyou: I forgot to mention something that really matters here. Spiderman doesn't care enough about himself to push himself to his limits of his life is at stake. When Spidey has a good reason to get mad, he is much better than normal.
If Clark isn’t trying very hard, Peter might be able to surprise him. Clark going full speed though, Peter doesn’t have a prayer of avoiding him.

@EvilTyger: @stormdriven: Okay, but do you have feats proving that Supes is faster than light? Also, if what I've been led to believe is correct, then can you give an explanation against the light-speed feats for Spidey?
According to Marvel fanboys, everyone, including Hulk and Slowdinson, will have no problems reacting to Superman.
Superman is consistently Aunt May level speed in their minds

@whathappened: Aunt May can destroy all of fiction with one wheatcake. So how is "Aunt May Speed" bad?
He can react to a non-serious Superman. But not one who is actually trying to blitz him no matter how mad he gets. Even the Symbiote Suit wouldn't give him enough reaction speed. I don't think Iron Spider would be enough either if Clark is actually trying to blitz him. Superman moves at a level of speed most Marvel characters on his level or some tiers below just don't.
@mee09: Can somebody please listen to me and actually post feats for Supes being faster than light?
@sirkaboom11: Why would anyone need to do that? Superman has more lightspeed feats than 99% of the Justice League. All you need to do is google it.
@mee09: Can you blame me for assuming that the people on this website can produce better arguments for feats than google? Oh, and no one has disproven my explanation for that Spidey Chance feat.
@sirkaboom11: People will post scans. But generally for things that are universal knowledge it is not necessary. I myself do not post scans unless I'm trying to make a point. Most people on the site will post for far less. But not for something this obvious or commonly known.
Why would people post scans for a character. That is known for flying to the Sun and back in like 10 seconds?
@mee09: Yeah, googling images hasn't worked for me in the past. And if you're not going to prove the Superman argument correct (personally, I think that Supes would blitz him, but I don't read Superman), then can you at least try and prove my feat for Spidey wrong? Oh, and did it actually say 10 seconds? Just checking.

@sirkaboom11: No one has to prove it wrong with a scan when your highballing argument is still astronomically slower than Superman's casual feats. Google how long it takes light from the Sun to reach Earth. Then look at how long it take Superman to fly to the sun.
The only Spider-Man that's reacting to a blitzing Superman is Cosmic Spider-Man.
@mee09: Highballing argument? That's debatable. Oh, and he would get faster the closer he got to the sun anyway. And there is nothing wrong with asking for scans in order to double check your beliefs on a comic character.
At least no one is arguing against my new and improved Spidey feat.
Because it seems like bait, that's why.
@professorrespect: Trust me, it's not. The arguments that I've had on this site is emmafrostxmen spamming outliers and not understanding my arguments.
@sirkaboom11: LS+ Spider-Man is a meme argument. I'd suggest maybe not taking it seriously.
No.
Do you think Hulk or Thor would have an easier time tagging Superman than Spider-Man?
@professorrespect: I will not rest until Spidey either A: keeps a girl and STAYS with her, or B: every ounce of his power, speed, intelligence, etc. is understood by a good bit of people.
@whathappened: Wait, both of them aren't considered as fast as most would initially think. And they have better aoe, which makes it unfair imo.
No.

They have something called AoE's, which make the job easier.

@saitamaichiban: That was Mary Jane posing as him. Imagine how much better spider would have done against supes.
