Could Sakura Haruno create a cure for Goku's Heart Virus ?

Scenario

In this scenario Goku never received the medicine for his virus since Trunks's timeline had no time to work on a medicine for this virus due the Androids attacks, during the fight against N.19 the symptoms appear and Yamcha takes him to Sakura, she has 10 days to make a medicine before Goku succumb. Could she do it ?

she has good healing powers repairing wounds n broken tissue n she can repair skin seen with Naruto after KN4, but healing viruses is something totally out of her league
