That meteor is tiny compared to the whole island thus the bird cage also being bigger, but here, just the fragments from Madara's meteor alone dwarf the island....let alone the whole meteor.
Even after sasuke diced the meteors into dozens upon dozens of pieces the fragments still dwarfed mountains and made sasukes Susano’o look like an ant. Neither of these guys have feats to suggest that they can take down these meteors.

who said skypiea clouds were normal clouds, it just like on land some clouds are land and the other or the water, people were litterly swing in those clouds, luffy was riding his ship on top of the clouds.

It is a draw mistake of Kishi, their aren´t any big stones after this panel, we just see big rocks behind Sakura/Kakashi later who aren´t really big, also Susanoo isn´t either over 50m which don´t really make the meteors really big as you guys though.

You can see a huge smokecloud coming from the meteor impacts, but no any sign of these big as meteors with you show on your panel. Which means Kishimoto most like make a draw mistake judging by the all other panels who speak against that huge big ass meteors.
And be honest, Mihawk no sell any meteor size who isn´t bigger then island size, dude would cut it out easily. Also these meteors wouldn´t work against the Birdcage either, the meteors who get summed by Fujitora are big too and far faster yet they couldn´t even scratch the Birdcage even with the insane heat.
Don´t know if Doffy could cut out so much meteors, but Mihawk should be easily able to cut these meteors judging by the feat which he did in MF just with a casually swing.

Again you kinda don´t understand the point, I don´t talking about the meteors who get destroyed by Naruto/Sasuke, I speak of the meteor who already land on the ground, the panel which you post:
They are already get cut of by Sasuke, yet we don´t see any of the meteors later in the full perspective of the country, but we see also already cutted meteor stones behind Sakura and KakashI:
Behind Sasuke Susanoo, you can see meteor stones who land on the near of the shinju tree. Yet on the full area, their aren´t any huge meteor stones who cover over the mountains:
Result: These meteors aren´t really small, I can see they reaching in full size mountain size lvl, but these lvl also are nothing for someone as Mihawk who should be easily able to cut of everything from mountain to island range, that the point.
