There's no reason why Batman couldn't survive it. He's survived worse, like getting hit by General Eiling, Lex w/ Powersuit, Darkseid, Despero, Metallo, Solomon Grundy, Bizarro, Lobo, White Martians, various Kryptonians, etc.

Bruce would have some ruptured insides from Neji but won't put him down for the count just would a little wossy a bit.

Whatever Neji tries to do to him by striking his pressure points, will happen.

Going by consistensy, Batman is getting hurt badly. Don't think he necessarily dies though

I'm not much of a Naruto guy but isn't this a pressure point attack? If so then Bruce should be alive since it's not about actually beating the target to death.

If we look at Batman from a purely battle forum power tiering perspective, and as merely a regular human in peak condition, sure, he gets bodied/killed ez.

However, as far as stories go, Batman on a consistent basis survives being hit by metahumans and other superpowered beings. Yeah, I know, it's weird and doesn't make sense. In a regular Batman story, he might get KOd by some random crook knocking his head with a crowbar. But in a Justice League story or some crossover, Batman's propensity to survive the impossible goes up. Why? Cause he's Batman. lol

Moral of the story is writers never write with battle forums/power-scaling in mind.

Depends on what version of batman, but if its consistant Than he dies or Barely lives
