Either Alan/Rayner or Surfer/Thor.Round 2 goes to Thanos.

R1-Thanos

R2- Teams work together and beat Thanos (unlikely but I need some love)

Thanos definitely wins round 1, and most likely round 2 unless all three teams work together to take him down.

1.Thanos without too much trouble, unless Alan has full access to starheart. Alan constructs would overhelm almost every character here, unless Thor would do some trick with Mjolnir. It may sound weird, but in that situation, Thor seems to be Thanos only hope.

2.Thanos wins second round, based on prep.

Round 1 goes to thanos, but he ain't winning round 2.

Thanos easy in Round 2 because he has full knowledge. Probably Thanos in Round 1 also, if not it's Surfer and Thor. Both DC teams don't have a chance at all IMO.

Isn't Alan Scott suppose to be pretty powerful?

Thanos definitely wins Round 2 due to his insane prep time skills making the prep masters of the MU look incompetent in comparison. As for Round 1, there's a chance Thanos can win since he's definitely a cosmic teambuster in the least but Surfer is a deadly candidate too being a top tier Herald powerhouse. I'd rate Round 1 as

• Thanos
• Surfer/Thor
• Alan Scott/Kyle Rayner
• Superman/Orion

Now before I get questioned as to why I put two powerhouses last, let me explain. Thanos is the most powerful here and can possibly win on his own. Surfer is by far the most versatile and more importantly, he can stop any speed blitz attempts on Thor thus preventing Thor from getting taken out by faster candidates here. Rayner and Scott have shown some impressive capabilities with their ring and just before the Pre Flashpoint universe finished, Alan did tap into more of the Starheart's power without losing control of his emotions like he's needed to before. And Kyle's feats are arguably the best out of the human Lanterns. Superman and Orion are only physical powerhouses who lack the versatility the others bring to the table.

Let's just take out this battles weakness team. ( Superman & Orion )

If Alan has full starheart access he wins 1 if not Thanos both rounds

Thanos wins as he is Transcendent level-Low/mid Sky-father level. The others are Herald level characters.

Then It's Silver Surfer and Thor; as Orion with Astro force could statlemate Thor. And Superman loses to either as Thor could harm him with magic, and Silver Surfer could drain his Yellow sun energy or fry his water in his body.

As to Alan Scott he has alot of abilities but I feel Silver Surfer could speed blitz him, or as he has Cosmic awareness he will know how to fight him; as to Thor vs Kyle, it could go either way as Thor's mjnoir could negate the light constructs by absorbing it.

Thanos, as he beat an old version of Silver Surfer in 9 or so hits, but that wasn't Current Silver Surfer.

Thanos has shown that he can easily beat herald level beings but he is also not Odin level as even Silver Surfer and Thanos couldn't beat him. A current Silver Surfer would be more of a threat, and if he was Blood-Lusted and wasn't holding back he could maybe even beat Thanos 3.5/10 times.

I would wholeheartedly back Thanos in both rounds.

Thanos in both Rounds, I'd say Alan and Kyle make him work for it in round 1. Even though round 2 would have Alan more powerful Thanos prep makes it a clear and flawless victory.

Thanos takes both rounds rather handily.

I never said he didn't, I actually stated that he wins both rounds, but current Silver Surfer who is Blood-Lusted will be the biggest threat, and a Blood-Lusted Thor=Warrior Madness Thor who is also a great threat; but he will still win.

It would probably take a team of 3-5 top herald level beings to take on and probably beat Thanos, just like how both Thanos and Silver Surfer were nothing to Odin.

Thanos both rounds. Only way Thanos loses is if Thor and Surfer manage to tell their opponents Thanos capabilities, which I don't see happening
