I decided to have it DC vs DC so nobody can make ludicrous claims like " Powers outside of verse don't work" althought the entirety of comic vine is to take the characters + their powers outside of their verse and be pitted.
CAS. He has infinite adaptation to any threat before it happens and infinite power scaling. Both of these statements are backed up by comic statement evidence. The Brothers do not have these two power sets.
Here is how Lucifer looks at creation. He needs to fly out into the void to see it. He is basically a tiny aspect of it as a whole and cannot contain all of it.

The power of infinite willpower is really a joke compared to something that is willpower. Neither Lucifer, nor Michael have the feats to compare. Neither can or have held Creation in the same manner, or can without extra help.

Michael and Lucifer only generated the physical matter of the Multiverse. They did not fill it with conceptual Platonics, which pre-dated them. Their entire foundation and existence was ruled by Platonics. Such as the concept of existence, the concept of super powers, the concept of love, hate, winning, losing, struggle, the concept of emotions, the concept of God, the concept of being whatever they wish to be, the concept of infinite dominion over an angel, the concept of having whatever power they need to win, that is what CAS is.
You say that Michael and Lucifer win this battle. However, the concept of win is CAS. That is why they both lose instantly. Someone explain to me how someone who literally isn't the concept of win, can beat the concept of winning.

It then goes on to say the term Gods is different from New Gods, and the Angels, Endless and the Word are all different than New Gods when the term "God" is used.
