We both know that DB doesn't due sufficient research. They didn't account for Gaara's speed, and the fact that the volume of his feats outclass the entire verse effortlessly. Toph's best feat can be matched by Gaara when he was a kid.......

Hmm? Not really, Pikachu is a smart and able combatant, and if i got any of these perks related to training and teamwork that literally would not matter. Besides, I'm not even sure If i want Pikachu. I have a different set up in mind now that I think about it. I just need to see if SFW is going to change some points around.

I still don't understand how Toph is a 6 though. That makes no sense especially considering Katara who's only a 2 has feats on par with her's and can bend water out of the air...... while Aang has showings with earthbending that are inferior but decent enough to compare to Toph's and Korra is the same as well. There's also the hilariousness that she has nowhere near the firepower of Cole Macgrath who's a seven. And Kenshin's a 2 when he has physical stats above the likes of some of the 3 pointers or 4 pointers.

There's also the problem with an EU Link when some of his feats make him a good deal above the rest of the roster unless you specify on a specific version that is more balanced. EU Link has feats that make him high mid-tier and high tier if we take feats from Hyrule Warriors......
