I know Dinah has some crazy speed reactions feats like with Amazo i believe, i will say this could go either way

Both can one shot the other With their powers

The model she faced was a far crappy Amazo who could only copy up to two powers and got dropped by street tiers, if I recall.

she also got out-sped and fodderized by Slade... someone considerably slower than AMAZO... its almost like reacting to AMAZO is not at all consistent.

Dinah screams and kills Danny. He would one-shot her with his Chi, but acting as if there is such a huge speed difference that he would blitz is a bit ridiculous.

I forgot it says bloodlusted, yes she screams at him and destroys the location along with him.

since distance isn't stated its 10 meters... thats childsplay for Danny, considering Dinah was blitzed and fodderized by Slade (but sure... screams)

@warlockmage: You're understimating Dinah here, that's not the only fight she had with Slade, and she even has feats like reacting to Black Adam or Lady Shiva who is arguably above Elektra and she was havig the upper hand against Iron Fist, before he won by blasting her with an AOE attack. Still, it shows that she can match skill and speed with him just fine so if Dinah can match and react to Shiva i don't think there's a huge speed difference like you're suggesting.

You're using a low-end for Dinah as her absolute best speed lol
