Steppenwolf beats his ass. Thor didn't use any of his powers that MCU fans are saying he will when he fought Thanos. Don't see why he doesn't get disarmed and beat up again. Especially when he can't put him down.

Thanos wins. Steppenwolf is slightly above Diana while Thanos is easily above Thor it’s levels to this. Thanos is way stronger than Steppenwolf physically and I’d argue more skilled and definitely way more durable
