Ultimate battle junkie as far as Shinza is concerned . His Commandment, Hazah Ruma, basically forces him to fight anything he established mutual recognition with to the death. Even plants and insects. Only way to avoid this if you don't give a fuck and a half about him. He is not only forced to always fight at full power without any reservation, but his Commandment's benefit grants him infinite stamina, turning him into a perpetual motion engine that won't ever get tired even if he's constantly using his full power.
In his first appearence, he was shown totally unharmed by the gravity of a neutron star, and once its Star Spirit, Spenta Mainyu, known as the strongest of the Ashavan, materialized, he tanked her Authority (explosion of gamma rays that destroyed planets/stars in radius of tens of thousands of lightyears as an aftereffect, the actual effect is a charge that can smash black holes) and, though heavily wounded, he didn't die to this, and proceded to one punch Spenta Mainyu. He's exponentially getting stronger at all times, getting spontaneous zenkai boosts midfight because lolwhy not, ORE NO HOU GA TSUYOIII. His power was noted to be constantly rising before Spenta Mainyu arrived, and though previously they were evenly matched, the short while he got teleported to a meeting with his Maou siblings resulted in a such a power boost that Spenta Mainyu could no longer compare. His kenzoku basically got spontaneous, asspull powerboosts midfight and they are all infected by Bahlavan's fighting autism. These kenzoku remain weaker than Bahlavan, and one of them moved FTL during her fight against another character.
During this reunion, he even does shit like atomizing Nadare, strongest of the Maou who can basically rearrange the positions of celestial bodies within the universe at will, play billiard with galactic cores and even pull shit in different dimensions into reality, with a single punch. Afterwards, when we see him again in Volume 3, it is said that Nadare cannot even teleport him if he doesn't allow her to. He also scales above certain characters that, in a clash with equals, produced enough energy to reduce a solar system to rubble. Bahlavan's fighting style basically forces him to use his Garyoku to just focus all his power on a single spot, meaning he produces almost no collateral damage, but all the energy focuses on the target with no dispersal.
His Garyoku, basically reality warping through one's own egotism and will that the members of the Evil side in Avesta possess, is the strongest in the entirety of the universe, and he can even create planet sized fists out of it. His Garyoku scales to that of people who can do shit like destroy space with spoons and silver platters. During his fight with Ankoku Doraemon, he was tanking his millions of system busting attacks that included even biological attacks with only a couple of broken fingers, managed to wreck 20% (IIRC) of his army of Hellstar Remina expies, and broke his Hypergiant+ sized body into 3 parts. Then afterwards, he used his Garyoku to will himself to heal (though he won't do this mid fight, not his style) and fought with Magsarion in a fight that included planet busting kicks, fists filled with energy comparable to a supernova explosion and stuff like that.
We found out his 2nd Commandment recently: he's so goddamn autistic about fighting he reached out to God as a baby and unconsciously established it: when meeting a kindred spirit, he will essentially clone himself. All clones possess the same powerlevel and characteristics he does, including his Hazah Ruma Commandment, so what ensues is essentially a battle royale of all versus all. Why? Because he will even fight himself at last, when he's become THE STRONGEST. Previously, he couldn't fully materialize his clones, not even his rival locusts, Khvarenah or Nadare have managed to get them to materialize, only Magsarion has. And now, he has 4 of himself around duking it out amongst each other and his enemies.
Though his potential is far more scary than all of this. He's Gudou God material, and would eventually become one if the concept of multiverse were at play in Avesta, but since it won't be till Mercurius' era, Bahlavan is essentially capped, and won't reach Godhood no matter how stronger he gets.
