Both characters get all feats, even ones that don't make any sense. Which cartoon icon wins?

Mickey curb stomps, it's canon as of Spacejam that the Looney Toons have significantly less power outside of their universe than when in it.
In other words reduced Toonforce power in a neutral environment and no Bug becoming the writer regardless of toonforce power or composite feats. Therefore Mickey kicks Bugs butt due to being able to maintain equal power levels regardless of the universe he is in.
@banasura: Back in Action kind of proved that wrong, they seem to be as just as powerful outside in the real world, given they could still do things as they normally could in a cartoon.
Plus anyway it doesn't matter, this is composite and as per OP anything goes. So at their most powerful, I'm pretty sure Bugs has the edge.
@wolfrazer: Not really, I haven't seen anything showing they're any stronger than they were in Space Jam, they do possess elements of toon force in both instances but nothing I've seen that is as great when they are in the looney toony verse.
Plus space jam 2's coming out next year which is going to give more credence to their toon force being weaker in other universes.
@banasura: Based on what were they weaker? Also haven't seen anything in Back In Action? Bugs was literally able to change scenes from a desert to Paris, France, they could survive in space, pop up out of nowhere, go through paintings and so on. Physics didn't even apply to them unless it was actually stated. So based on what are they weaker in the real world in SJ? They weren't even in the real world for very long anyway, so they couldn't really show anything.
But it's all irrelevant. You might have something if this was restricting Bugs to Space Jam only, but it's not. It's composite.
