@ouroborik: I normally don't like scaling, but with Venom -> Spidey scaling I think it's fine since it's literally part of Venom's character. Assuming this is Eddie, he can literally move too fast for Stark to even see, let alone tag. He's literally gone unhurt against anti-tank weapons before, and his rapid regeneration means that even if Tony somehow manages to hurt him, there will be no lasting damage. There's also the fact that he's casually far stronger than Spider-Man, meaning he'd have no issue hurting Stark. Stark can't do anything to him.

If this is composite Venom, he gets massively even stronger and more durable, making it even more of a mismatch.

@ouroborik: venom has a clear advantage in both striking strength and speed . Unless Tony has prior knowledge he won't be able to take out venom.

I wonder why I don't feel like discussing this. It is obvious.

Venom. He still has his organic webs to stop Tony in his tracks and strong enough to open his suit like a sardine can.

Same, his durability is often underrated. He does have a massive combat speed advantage though.

I'd probably give it to Venom. Interesting fight.

Can Venom actually hurt him? Honest question.

Also how does Hulkbuster fit into the composite armor? Does he still get repairs?
