There's a reason why CV is considered a joke. Lax moderation, biased moderation (this seems to have stopped, thankfully, before Mods would basically close threads they didn't agree with, even if they were ignorant of the characters), rampant troll threads that break the rules, extreme wanking, extreme counter wanking...and then the only real punishments given out, bar extreme rule infractions are dolled out by the community...a community of 14 year olds who wank their favorite manga to high hell and bac and would do ANYTHING to silence logical arguments against CoNtInEnTaL LuFfY or PlAnEt NaRuTo or UnIvErSaL IcHiGo.

Overall CV is a mess and needs restructuring. Lots of it.
