Mcu dceu wins. To many abilities and durability wise is tiers above the fox characters same with skill.

Fox both rounds Legion+Shadow King+Quicksilver=VICTORY

Don't know about the other bonus rounds cause I have never watched Naruto.

FOX includes Legions abilities which include matter manipulation, telepathy, telekinesis, combined with Quicksilvers speed

They TP the composite MCU character or trap their mind on the astral plane before they can react

Only chance FOX has is if MCU FOX Silver Surfer can steal their powers.

Essentially only humanoid sized and shaped combatants should be a part of the composite
