Composite Equalist Chi Blocker vs Ty Lee

Rules

• Prime Ty Lee, composite Equalist chi blocker not including Amon and the lieutenant.
• Both are serious and in character.
• Standard gear, the Equalist has his Bola weapon and a few smoke grenades.
• Location: Agni Kai arena.
• Starting distance: 5 meters.
• Round 2: Four additional composite chi blockers join the first, Azula (bending restricted) and Mai join Ty Lee.

Ty Lee could honestly solo a whole squad of regular fodder chi blockers.

Wow.

Ty Lee stomps, and Ozai's Angel's stomp even harder. Ty Lee is just a lot more agile and in a general sense better than the normal Chi blockers, Mai has a big range advantage, and that disguised Azula with smoke from the comics is a bit like they wanted to write a natural counter to the Chi blockers.

Ty Lee easily. More agile, acrobatic, and evasive. She's just better. Round 2 is a stomp.

Ty Lee is faster and more skilled. She taught the Kyoshi Warriors chi blocking, and I think she would give these guys a good lesson too. ?

I'm half joking (I don't think the fight would go down like that), but I'm actually curious as to what Ty Lee could do about it.

I guess in case they decide and/or manage to use them, outside of simply dodging them with 50 ft. tall somersaults, she could use her her Kyoshi fans to knock it away or something, like Suki did with Azula's flames.

@anthp2000: Yeah, the fans would probably work for dispersion.

@anthp2000: @mialthefencer: Some of the equalist's Bolas are also electric. Chi blockers have some very good feats everyone here seems to be ignoring, round one at least is a close fight.

I'm not saying it would be a stomp, but I think Ty Lee is slightly ahead in every area related to H2H combat while being far more agile. If she can handle the gas, she'll win pretty much every time with difficulty.

Well i don't think just 1 chi blocker trying to throw gas grenades from 5 meters distance, would give Ty Lee any trouble.

How do you see her countering it?

ANTHP2000 said she could disperse it with her fans, which might work, but I don't think she or any other Kyoshi warrior has dispersed that much gas at once before, and Ty Lee has to close the gap to fight, which means entering the cloud.

Ty Lee can somersault 50 ft. up in the air and cross 30 in less than a second. These LoK vs ATLA threads are genuinely getting out of hand.

She still has to get close to fight. I do think the fans might work (although I'm not sure) but she's going to have to deal with gas.

im voting chi blockers, every one here is saying ty lee simply because she is from the legend of ang and instinctively believe Korra era characters weaker, when they are actually more dangerous, news flash, tylee wouldn't beat mako the way chi blockers did. with their equipment they will gas her, tie here up, and knock her out by electrocution.

There can be 20 of those chi blockers and Ty Lee will still beat them.
