Granted he did look at Sinon's eyes to know the location the bullet would go, but knowing the direction a projectile comes from doesn't increase your speed or capability to react to it in any shape or form.
System precog + knowledge of direction by observing her eyes + knowledge on when the bullet's gonna fire(finger movement, she was more than close enough)
It would be strange if he didn't tag it with all of these.

1. He did not use precog when he timed Sinon's sniper. There were no prediction lines.
2. Knowing the direction a projectile is going to come from does not increase your speed or capability to react to in it any way, shape or form.
3. There is no proof he saw her finger when he was zeroed in on her eyes.. and that's not like aim-dodging anyway.
Also, what's your debunk to this sniper-bullet timing feats?

The reason I say he used finger moment is because bullet timing without system precog is a massive outlier.
When he did that challenge thingy, he had to use precog on top of precog to dodge a bullet from a pistol gun a few metres away.
And now suddenly he can dodge sniper bullets without any precog? Massive outlier. Also I believed he tossed a bullet up, and they were to begin when it landed? Couldn't he figure out where the bullet would be when since Sinon would fire the moment it touched he ground?

Pyrrha didn't blitz her as blake was falling and could only block the hit, regardless the only student huntsmen capable of blitzing spider-man is ruby not pyrrha.
I'll join if I can get Keiji Onizuka. He's a boxer with the scaled abilities of a peacock mantis shrimp.
Speed-wise he's faster than bullets and can even keep up with hypersonic opponents when combined with his enhanced eyesight, and he's definitely tank-level in striking. He's like an Iron Fist type character.
@thewatcherking: They where pretty even at the very least, which does put her in Casual Bullet Timing. TBF The spider-sense added on top of his speed places him higher than most Casual Bullet Timers such as Kirei, Bradley or most Students in RWBY.
