If no telepathy then Wanda wins.. not only is she capable of such fine telekinetic but she can teleport, can see the future, bend probability, luck and bad luck etc.

Without telepathy I dont see Rachel beating Wanda... Wanda can decide whether an attack hits her or not..

Wanda is a nexus being who bends probability to her will who has the potential to surpass even the fundamental forces of nature. Rachel wont even tough her if Wanda doesnt wish it..

Plus in AvX Rachel was on the defense when she fought Thor and couldn't defeat him on her own, even tho that battle was interepted by Namor.

While Wanda in Uncanny Avengers was able to defeat Thor by sending him into space after she slowed down time and super nukes the ground. She did this while being injured and weak..

I dont think Rachel is weak at all, her telekinetic has no upper limit since she is/was an omega level mutant. She is still an omega level for me. But this is telekinesis vs telekinesis, teleportation, probability manipulation, good and bad luck manipulation, precognition etc.

Wanda has more options than Rachel..

@godlyshinigami: Wanda can, but not consistently. In fact, the last time she tried to fix a psychic problem, she got overcome by a non-psychic in their own mind. So, I’d say Wanda is nowhere near ready for any telepathic duels unless she is simply reflecting the energy back at them, a scenario that she doesn’t do often in-character.
