Round 2 Colleen gets her sword and Dean gets the first blade with its physical amp

From what little I've seen of Supernatural, Dean should stomp with the Cain amp (which I think is associated with the blade).

Round 1 I would say Colleen.

Round 2 Mark of Cain Dean walks through her.

Colleen stomps standard Dean in H2H, Mark of Cain Dean stomps Colleen.

He was capable of holding his own against 3 demons at the same time attacking him, despite having a huge stat disadvantage.

He has better feats and he shouldnt be far behind her skillwise.

Mark of Cain Dean slaughters, because of the better stats and his weapon can one shot anything.

His healing factor was also quite impressive

Rd 1 Dean

Rd 2 could solo all of the IF show.

Colleen takes R1 without much trouble. Not sure about 2.

As a huge Supernatural fan, Dean loses in H2H. Colleen's a trained martial artist and while Dean's good at brawling..He's not really pitted against people or beings that show much H2H combat skills very often. There was this but that was Demon Dean so it doesn't mean much unless regular Dean displayed the same ability

Colleen's H2H is simply more impressive imo.
