Haven't gotten to Colleen's apparent upgrade in IF season 2 so I can only speak to my knowledge of her before then.

Team 1 smokes team 2 in melee but neither Okoye nor Colleen (pre-upgrade) are arrow-timers, nor particularly well armored, so there's nothing preventing Team 2 from turning them into human pincushions.
