He knows the basics of Predator technology and physiology (cloaking, plasma caster, using trees, thermal and multi spectrum vision, etc.)

The predators in each round kidnap his daughter to lure him into a fight and he must kill the Predator to get her back

Can he clear?

In terms of strength and intellect matrix is pretty much the same as major from the first predator film. He beat predator with no real weapons (no guns etc) in the first film. With one week prep and the right weapons I can see him clearing this though it won't be easy
