If Hulk grabs him...Cloud is going to get pounded.I don't know if Hulk could kill him though.Nothing seems to kill him.
lol Cloud would get killed if he gets grabbed but he faced Sephy boy and came out on top. Cloud gutted that summon like a fish with his swords so his swords would work.
