Classic Dr. Strange vs. Sentry

All out war to the death. Who takes it?
 
My money is on classic Strange.

If you stop and think about it, that's a pretty incredible feat, given that Sentry seems to dominate nearly every non-cosmic entity on these boards in the marvel universe. I think Strange could handle it too, but then, who is non-cosmic that could take on classic Dr. Strange at full force?

It was probably a delusion or something  If Sentry can not defeat Wonder Woman there is no way in hell he's beating Classic Strange  Sentry was in the mental hospital, whatever he remembers is probably a result of the medication the doctor's were giving him "

I have to say classic Strange, I know sentry has one punched him, but yet again this just falls in the whole bad writting of Dr Strange. Marvel need to get a handle on what they want to do with their characters and stick with it, One moment Dr Strange is owning a god of a hell dimenson and next he gets one punched!

Nick Fury, fearfull that Sentry was getting close to finding out that his blood could be used to recreate the serum that gave him his powers, had Dr. Strange and Reed Richards work together to somehow (I don't remember how) trap Sentry in a sort of magically induced coma/dream and restrained his body in some big contraption to keep him asleep and monitor his vitals.  Sentry's dream was controlled by Strange, who had Reynolds in a mental asylum whith a doctor telling him that he was insane, that the Sentry and Void were delusions, and that he wasn't and never had been married.  Reynolds was actually starting to believe it but noticed the circle of whiter skin on his ring finger where his wedding ring had been and realized that Strange was tricking him.  He then overcame Stranges spells, broke out of Richards machine, with Strange telling Richards that Sentry was beyond that level of magic and he couldn't put him back into the coma.  Both Strange and Richards were seariously freaking out at that point.  Once free Sentry one shotted Strange, telling him he should have known better than to use that kind of magic on him. "

I mean if Strange doesnt have his shield up and Sentry gives him a Left Hook... that type of power would be able to knock out Strange... who as far as I know without using his magic... is merely a human... "

of course, my point was that if strange didn't have the shield up that's b/c he was not in the mood or even had the intention to defend himself realizing that sentry was not going to be a threat (something of that nature) "

You can't accept the fact that classic Strange had powers that could outdo your Sentry.   Face it. You can't walk into an antique store and whine about everything in the store being old.  Again, get it together. "
