@eobard21: Depends if Strange has auto shields and if those auto shields can block the flash and also I’ve heard that if you kill strange’s body he can fight in astral form. If both of that is true then strange eventually.

Edit: I don’t know if this Flash learned speed steal yet but another option is if flash steals the speed of strange’s mind and stop him from thinking.

@kidolio: Human Race Wally cannot speed steal, unfortunately.

I don’t know much about Strange myself but I feel like his magic hacks could potentially win this if he has auto-shields.

Wally runs up to Doctor Strange only to be met by auto shields, he then gets banished to a different dimension.
