Classic Strange was a BEAST. Dr. Manhattan has no real feats. What was shown on panel Strange can deal with easily.

Dr. Manhatten had the potential to be a powerhouse, but then again he has no feats, despite matter manipulation on planetary scale.

Well I don't know that a guy with a cool mustache who mind raped Galactus,effortlessly stomped Surfer, held his own for a while against Adam Warlock with Infinity Gauntlet,made Thanos worry eventhough he had IG,fought Living Tribunal,beat Eternity,beat Shuma Gorath etc. would defeat Manhattan. So I think its 50/50. But Manhattan in my opinion has a slight advantage over here.........

Indeed. Manhatten was able to kill Rorschach.

Not only Dr. Strange fought Living Tribunal. He's meet up with TOAA 3 times or more. The 1st time he met TOAA (Stan Lee), He and his Illustrator were where figuring ways to improve Dr. Strange, and In disbelief that he was at the face of his creator, Dr. Strange turned both his creator and illustrator into cardboard figures.

@yamiyodare: I was just in awe how non-existant feats were mentioned by the user above me, but the reason I think Strange wins here is versatility, and things that Doctor Manhattan hasn't shown resistance, so far. Nothing suggest that Strange can't just manipulate his soul, BFR him to another dimension and similar. However, what I can say is that, if this fight was actually written, Strange would most likely lose, due to hype DC has been building up on Manhattan for years now, and his apparent infinite power.
