probably odin, the ancient one doesnt really have any feats except teach dr. strange magic .. he is like the demon zatharos who made ghost rider ...no feats
I believe that in the end Odin would win cause he is smarter and knows better his powers than the Ancinet One!! It is going to be a tough battle though! But still, i believe that Odin's physiology and intelligence will stomp!!
The Ancient One became one with Eternity after dying. Otherwise, Odin without problems since "Prime Ancient One" is somewhat featless and only has hype on his side. Old Ancient One is weaker than Strange as shown in X-Statix Presents: Dead Girl#5, btw.
