City Street-Block's Gambler Tournament (12/12 - Full)

Hello there fellow viner's of the comic, and welcome to my second tourney!!!

Mid/High Tier's Gambler's Tournament, I really want to do this again and I've looked backed on my first Tourney and realized I made quiet a few mistakes which I'll make sure doesn't happen again

Have you ever felt the need to win, Have you ever felt the need for the rush of excitement and uncertainty. Have you ever felt the need for gambling the game of unpredictability and the old saying, "Take a chance" A tournament that introduces to you something that you fellow viner have never seen before like this.

Well good sir welcome to the Gambler's tournament, A competition of mystery, curiosity and most importantly of all GAMBLING. Where all your favorite characters from Marvel, DC, Anime/Manga, Video games and many other platforms of media collide in a battle for gambling.

Do you sir love the idea of unpredictability to which makes the outcome uncertain.

If so, Then I think this is the tournament for you.

Rules: The Rules are simple and are as follows.

• You are not allowed to pick the characters, that my friend will be decided on a game of "DICE ROLLERS".
• Dice Roller's are as obvious Dice, however these dice are no ordinary dice as they are 100 SIDED DICE, that's it there will be a list of 100 characters (1 - 100) and how your chosen characters will be decided is by the 100 SIDED DICE (Basically your characters you get are random)
• Marvel is earth 616 unamped feats, DC is Post Crisis, Anime/Manga is composite and Video Game characters will only be from there original canon games unless otherwise specified, Live action will also be composite unless otherwise specified in the list.
• Poster's are given 10 days to post there arguments/counters, If you don't respond within the given deadline will result in disqualification
• Matches will be done in a CaV style.
• Everyone is in character and is not bloodlusted, No grudges or rivalries so basically no back stabs however teamwork isn't perfect (This maybe changed through perks)
• Win by Death, KO, TKO, Incapitation
• No BFR
• Location's will be decided by me randomly
• No Internal Attacks, Intangibility dismemberment, Direct TK, Offensive TP, OHKO's, Transmutation allowed only on surroundings, Fodder, Gear and Summons, No telefrag, Power Copying/Stealing however may be allowed on fodder, No Summoning and Regeneration is allowed however fatal wounds must/has to kill you (Via, destroyed brain, Heart ect)
• Players must have at least completed one CaV in order to enter.
• Optional: You can re-roll one of your characters for 5 points however you can only do this once.

The Coin Toss:

This is as follow's there will be link to a "Coin Toss" website which has either HEADS or TAILS, You need to flip the coin exactly 4 times. And here is what happens if the coin lands on either side.

HEADS: You get yourself one 100 SIDED DICE, In which I'll role for you using a dice rolling system and give you your number result (random character)

TAILS: NOTHING, DEAL WITH IT

If you get no HEADS and all TAILS the deal is this, You will still get yourself at least 1 DICE ROLL, However the consequence is this, Your perk points for purchasing perks 15 points will be decreased by 40% bringing it down from 15 to 9 best avoid that.

So, i'm getting red arrow, i guy i've read next to nothing of, Cap, a character i love, and raphael, a character i like but i'm not at all ready to debate, as for now.

Can i use Young justice red arrow ?

Yes, As stated within the OP there won't be any betrayals they will follow basic commands.

With the perk you can do or go where ever you want your characters to do as long as it's logical they can do everything within the limited amount of time, Also anywhere you want your characters to be with this perk they will be transported there and when the time limit runs out for it your characters will immediately return back to the battlefield, Yes.

A random character yes you don't pick for yourself through the dice role, Although tbh you've already got yourself a solid set up you don't want to focus more on the quality of your team but hey that's up to you.
