U are also gonna have to think about food, water and having to live on a daily basis with ur characters, so choose wisely (they are all in-character, but willing to risk their lives to protect u if extremely necessary)
Characters can't be higher than city-block tier
Anime characters only, meaning that manga characters/versions are not allowed
If zombies manage to infect one of ur characters he/she will turn against you
Alphonse Elric, Seras Victoria... To be honest Seras can pretty much solo a zombie horde regardless of how large it is by virtue of her speed and strength. Alphonse can transmute to create rudimentary foodstuffs and shelter. Also one is an immortal vampire impervious to disease and the other is a suit of armor, so no need to worry about them being turned.
Alphonse also doesn't sleep, and he can form a massive castle for us to live in when Victoria is resting in her coffin. Between the two I really don't see any threat a zombie apocalypse can yield that we wouldn't breeze through. In fact with Seras on the field I give the apocalypse maybe a week before it is out of zombies.
Actually, I'll throw in Will Zeppeli and Josuke Higashikata. Zeppeli can teach me Hamon and Josuke's healing and repairing powers would come in incredibly handy. Just have to keep Josuke safe since he can't heal himself.
Zombieman (opm)- solo clears the horde with no worries, do physical things for survival
the rest is harem but with purpose
Fubuki (opm)- her Telekinesis makes living easier, also hot Anna Nishikinomiya (shimoneta)- strong and agile, thirstiest anime character Ayame Kajou (shimoneta)- strong and agile, naughtiest anime character Elizabeth Liones (7ds)- can heal any illness/injuries, restores stamina=no sleep(° ͡ ͜ʖ° ͡)
Kishibe Rohan. Heaven's door simply has to write in that I will never be harmed or killed by zombies, and that I'll never go hungry or thirsty. He'll do the same for the rest of the team. Done and done. The rest are to protect Rohan so he doesn't get infected. Because he can't use Heaven's Door on himself.
Josuke Higashikata for restorative powers. He'll just reverse the effects of the bite, if Rohan gets bitten.
Edward Elric, he can create debris shields, or create an unreachable tower to keep us safe. He can also kill zombies quite well from a distance.
Neferpitou for speed and power to rapidly fodderize thousands of zombies at once at all distances. She is too durable to get bit anyway.
Finally, Fubuki from One Punch Man. I need a good looking woman to keep me sane. Her telekinesis is more than enough regardless of Heaven's door.

Kazuma is resourceful and cunning with some handy abilities
Pikachu is just there to be adorable and fight too I guess
Kyoko is the one trustworthy person that will always knew what's going on and figure out a solution
Kirito will give heroic hope(and be useful for fighting)
