Cheetah is Barbara ann Minerva. Barbara is hunting Sebastian, and he sends those 2 teams to stop her before she can reach him.

Barbara gets 30 minutes rest each round.

Round 2) Black Panther-Rhino-Sabertooth-Wolverine-Cheetarah-King Shark.

Round 3) Sebastian the male Cheetah.

Wasn't he returned to human state back then?

Anyways I agree that Barbara should clear since round 1 and 2 are lacking in threats to her, when not written with plot dictating her defeat, and round 3 is decided on Barbara having beaten him in comics while he sort of just stole her power by appealing to her angry salad-god.
