Aki is bare minimum supersonic, can see seconds into the future and kill anyone on team MHA using the Curse Devil
Power is also bare minimum supersonic, can provide denji with blood to regen and can kill anyone on team MHA by attacking them from the inside with weapons made from their own blood
Denji scales solidly above quanxi who is like hypersonic (went fte and statue'd dozens if not hundreds of dudes and 1shot them before they realized) and statue'd several supersonic+ devil hybrids. He also has insane regen and endurance and the means to kill anyone on team mha
"at their best" and "pictured versions" imply pretty strongly different things imo, it's a bit confusing. Power is literally regulated so that she stays as weak as possible while still being useful, thats why she gets drained when her horns grow too long.
Gonna say CSM just because Ochaco gets negged by any of the three and Power or Denji on a good day have the potential to solo the trio.
Even during the most important moment in the final war arc (shortly before the teleportation) freaking Toga could tag Deku (danger sense lol) and seperate him from the others, afterwards get in his way several times and it then took Deku an agonizingly long time to travel to the Shiggy fight, where he still got to wail on Shiggy for quite a while while Monoma was suppressing his power and still did not finish the job.
The gun devil could have flown twenty times across the globe in the time it took Deku to go from A to B and while Denji does not scale to that, he did beat the Gun Fiend who had a significant fraction of the gun devil parts.
Just like the CSM trio is not in their prime the MHA guys also seem to be significantly before the final war.

Which everyone in the MHA team is equal to or superior. Even fodder/early series Characters like 5% Deku have performed supersonic feats.
Dekus bullet feat against Lady nagant is at least solid two-digit mach range and therefore High-Hypersonic and current Deku (since OP specified Characters at their best) is beyond even that.

A weakened All Might did something similar in season 1 and Deku is well past that now.
Both Deku and Bakugo have dished out attacks way more impactful to what all of the CSM team tanked are most likely faster.
OP said them at their best and in the picture and Deku wore this costume in the first war so yeah this is war Deku. Bakugo is wearing his winter out fit which is what he’s wearing now so you can argue this is Cluster Bakugo.
Even without Cluster, Deku and him should be able to win pretty handily.

he also regenerated from just his heart that also happened to be burning from falling through the atmosphere

Chainsaw Man isn't a particularly fast verse. There's Quanxi's feat, which is pretty damn impressive and far above the norm (I wonder if she has a contract related to her actions), and there's Katana Man initially being FTE with a specific move, and Blitzing Denji, who eventually gets fast enough to deal with him, and finally, there's the Gun Devil, which at least moves fast across Japan with the power granted to him at that moment. However, typically, a gun and a bullet are enough.
Depending on the version of the heroes (Deku and Bakugo), and depending on the version of Denji and Power, the results will vary. If it's Denji is in his ordinary Chainsaw Devil form, he gets dealt with instantly by Deku or Bakugo. If he's fully transformed, he could be too durable. Power fully transforming into the blood devil is no joke either, seemingly able to control the blood within people without any physical interaction.
It's really going to depend on what versions we're discussing regarding all of them. But generally speaking, Deku and Bakugo are both faster and more destructive than any of them. I don't think Aki or Uraraka contributes much either way, but Aki could surprise either of them with the curse devil, but I doubt either would let him tag them enough for it to do its work.
And finally, though I know everyone else knows. The movies are canon. You can't dismiss them by "being movies". You can however dismiss them if you think the feats are exaggerated outliers.

Yes, most of the MHA movies have been confirmed to be canon. So be glad I've limited myself to only hypersonic Deku and not MHS+ Deku due to lightning timing.

A. I provided mathematical evidence to support my claim as opposed to you operating on headcanon
B. The feat is done in two folds. The first blitz takes out the Santa Dolls who are explicitly dumber and clumsier. She then stops to replace her broken swords before performing a second blitz on everyone in the mall.
The calc accounts for this time lag.
