I mean, depends on what arc your using. Cause anything Alabasta arc should be too much at least when it comes to the monster trio. Though tbh, I don't feel particularly comfortable debating against a One Piece character albeit it's been a while since I last read the series I do remember them still having crazy feats even pre-timeskip.

If we're being fair, so is Deku at this point.

Bar 100% what has Deku done that warrants that, he still currently operates at 8% in his fights (though he can use 20% shockwaves) which it's best feats are mid/high supersonic and small building level in AP/durability. He's solidly street level and I'd say is around mid-ish, maybe bit more but would still lose a majority to Spider-Man who is considered around these parts to be high street. least in my opinion.

Sanji was kind of a pleb before the timeskip, but I can definitely see where you're coming from with Zoro and Luffy.

He operates around the same level as someone like Spider-Man (who most consider to be a low mid tier himself). I might have a romanticized view of the series as opposed to you, but I honestly don't see him being that weak.

I personally don't consider Spider-Man low mid, I think people who are considered quite above him like Venom and Carnage are definitely low mids and no Deku isn't weak by any means, he just has a lot of competition on the vine (obviously). I do think he would easily beat people like 616 Cap, Daredevil and I can see him being argued against people like Miles Morales and even give a fight at worst against Wolverine.
