I don't know much about One Piece but from what I've seen of Akainu in clips Chad gets his ass beat.

He has Chad beat in speed since Kumadori couldn't react to him pre timeskip and Chad can't hurt him since Franky while in his Body took an Elephant Gun granted he got knocked out but Chad's strikes are no where near an Elephant gun

@skysanji: How does his body getting knocked out prove anything? One Piece is not a series that kills people like that, so a KO is pretty much the worst possible scenario.

@ecoblitz: I think its cant defend agaianst reatsu , but superman durability is several way higher than lot of anime characters .
