If Goku rather than surrender, he taken a senzu bean and fight with the rest of the fighters against Cell (exhausted), Who would have won?

Cell would win the instant he fully powers up, but if they fight smart I guess the team has a chance.

How can we be sure? Cell seemed pretty confident in letting Goku neat a senzu. Gohan didn't last very long when he was in-character.

Cell still wins. He wasnt even using his full power against Goku, so even if he get overwhelmed, he'd power up and destroy them.

Cell crushes. In DBZ a gap like this can't be bridged by numbers

If Cell decided to stay at his exhausted power level Goku would have the edge but not enough to completely dominate since he was a step or two behind Cell throughout the intially confrontation. Vegeta, Trunks and Piccolo are not much since they are around the Cell Jrs level of power, which even while suppressed Cell didnt think was much of a challenge. Moreover adding in Gohan, this fight would go to the Z fighters, since Gohan was able to dodge and outpace this Cell during their initial encounter as well as Gohan not being all that impressed by his and Gokus power level at this particular point in time. Heck Gohan alone could solo if he goes for the kill and not hold back.

If Cell powers up to full power he murders every single last one of them with almost little effort.

Cell wins. Gohan is the strongest Z-Fighter but even he was having trouble against Cell when Cell wasn't taking the fight seriously. Only the Saiyans are factors here, Piccolo stopped mattering two transformations ago.

What's the point of this thread when the show CLEARLY illustrated that anyone who isn't SSJ2 Gohan would lose to Cell

Perfect Cell was toying around with Goku & Gohan while they were Mastered Super Saiyans. During his fight with these two he goes all out in speed, but not strength. Later, against the fight with Gohan Ssj2 he powers up to full power and everyone shits themselves.

This means Perfect Cell was in a league of his own and nobody -except Kid Gohan Ssj2, stood a chance against him.

Perfect Cell mops the floor with all the Z-Fighters at the same time.

Angry Super Saiyan Vegeta shoots a full powered final flash, Goku shoots a full powered Kamehameha, Krillan uses solar flare, Tien uses neo-tri beam, and Yamcha gets hit in the face by Cell, that should kill him

I would say the team. Goku just ate a senzu bean as mentioned by the OP so would no doubt receive a power boost. Goku was, I believe, also holding back against Cell because he wanted Gohan to fight against him. Goku knew he couldn't win but at the same time he wanted to let Gohan unleash his true potential.

I think he ate the senzu bean, got the power-up and attacked with Gohan at the same time they would be able to take Cell. Heck Cell was almost as worn out as Goku was just before Goku surrendered.

Even if Cell hadn't been at going at 100% he still had to try against Goku and expend significant energy (which is why he gladly took the Senzu Bean). If Goku took a Senzu Bean he could probably take tired Cell alone, if not then with Vegeta, Gohan, and Trunks they could definitely win. Piccolo, Krilllin, Tien, and Yamcha could distract Cell and use techniques like Solar Flare to hinder him, and dole out Snzu Beans, maybe human shield when necessary like Piccolo did for Gohan against Nappa.

I don't see a way Cell could possibly win.

The moment Cell powers up to maximum no one will be able to see him anymore. He one-shots Goku and toys with the rest until he gets bored and finishes them off.

Cell is not broly he can't take them all at once,it was tired after the fight with goku he took a senzu to recover the energies to fight gohan. The sayans and piccolo toghether win with mid/high difficulty.

Cell isn't stupid. When he offered Goku the chance to get back to his full power with a senzu bean he knew the rest would likely jump in. He was still confident he would win because of how much power he was still holding back. And if he really had trouble he could just pop out enough cell jrs for everyone. Then only Goku and Gohan would even survive to face him.

Z fighters, in his current state even the human fighters could put up a decent fight, taking the cell jr into consideration. With their combined power they were even able to annoy super perfect cell.

If shit hit the fan and cell powered up he would have pushed Gohan eventually into a corner, going SSJ2....something it seems most the users here are overlooking.

But if it happens, cell will regenerate.

If they go against the DBZ code of 'honor' *cough* stupidity *cough* and attack him immediately all at once, he is done for. He was fighting pretty evenly with Goku, Gohan > Goku, then you have Vegeta and Trunks who are not fodder, Krillin and Tien with their abilities... He gets stomped.

Knowing how this anime works though, Cell gets the chance to power up to maximum, after which he stomps the lot of them.
