No, because he cant.

Cell in the opening rounds, then Broly. Cell in his base form is stronger than anyone who's not at a Super Saiyan level, and Broly as a SSJ isn't strong enough to face Semi-Perfect Cell, especially not when Piccolo was stronger than a base SSJ and couldn't hold a candle to Imperfect Cell post-Ginger Town.

Broly wins the following rounds. SSJ Goku was able fight on almost-even footing with Perfect Cell, but never gained the upperhand on LSSJ Broly. Super Perfect Cell would likely be able to fight on even ground with Broly, maybe even dominate him at first, but Broly would only get stronger than Cell as the fight goes on. He'd win in the end.

Broly wins the first three rounds but gets stomped in round 4.

Cell wins round 4. That's for sure.

Regen is the X factor here. Broly has shown great power but nothing that is capable of finishing cell off atleast in his perfect form. The only round I see broly possibly winning is round 3

How does base Broly even beat Imperfect Cell? Even though M10 LSSJ Broly is stronger, SPC is smarter, and a better fighter than him. SPC takes it.

@sheeno64: Probably because he got one-shotted by Pikkon (w/weights). Plus King Kai sent Goku and Pikkon to fight Broly in hell.

Ssj2 is 2 times stronger than a ssj.

Ssj3 3 times stronger than a ssj2

If we now take the 50 multiplicator of goku we have 10 × 50 = 500.

Ssj = 50

Ssj 2 = 100

Ssj 3 = 400

Lssj = 500

LSSJ Broly's power increases continuously overtime, so the last round depends on how long the fight lasts to me. If Cell drags it out, which he probably will because he's arrogant and likes to "warm-up" before getting serious, then I see Broly taking it. Cell should take the first two rounds but the rest belong to Broly.

Broly's power doesn't continuously increase at all. That is a common misconception, one brought on by the English dub

Brolly is somewhere around ssj1 Gohan ( or weaker ) before he went ssj2 fighting cell. Too many people overestimate him. Sure if he was training then he would be the strongest, but he wasnt and he is not.
