The thing is we don't know that though. Gods could've indeed existed back then so it's overall just a mystery as to what happened back in that time.

Nasuverse Gil could be the same as Real World Gil or they could not be related at all, we have no way to know.

He literally used a discord screenshot full of random people, claimed they were Japanese (Even though they were speaking English), and tried to use them as evidence that Gilgamesh was only Planetary. He never proved the authenticity of his claims either so as far as I'm concerned, he's just a 🤡 who wanks Die Irae.

Also, we should assume that anything related to god/monsters being mythological since it is almost the same as Greek,Chinese, Japanese mythology etc. If we go by your logic, then Hercules etc. would be real people as well. Even if they "possibly exist" we still count them as myth due to lack of historical evidence.

And we consider mythological characters and happenings fictional on this site here.

I know the definition of omnipotence and Gilgamesh is clearly above it as he is a transcendental being who can move up to any reality he wants.

Example: A fictional God may be omnipotent in their own reality but to someone in a higher reality, like Gilgamesh would inevitably be, their "Omnipotence" would be meaningless.
