Sue is her usual 616 self and Tetsuo is the manga version at his peak. Both of them are fighting in character. The battlefield they fight in is an evacuated city that gives them plenty of telekinetic ammo such as cars and buildings and lots of room to cut loose. Neither know what the other can do, it's a random encounter.

Sue and Tetsuo have many similar powers and although Tetsuo is more powerful Sue has greater control. Tetsuo does master his abilities and isn't as out of control for much of the manga as he is for the entire anime but he's still only fifteen whereas Sue has decades of experience. Fortunately for Tetsuo their powers aren't exactly the same and Tetsuo has excellent counters for the abilties that make Sue a nightmare for most foes.
Before we go deeper into Tetsuo's powers let's establish how powerful he is. Another psychic who is the oldest and wisest in the story states that Tetsuo's power makes all the energy mankind has ever used look like puffs of air and says that if he wanted to he could lay waste to all of the energy humans have amassed. Imagine the Tsar Bomba, a bomb with the combined power of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs times over a thousand, as a puff of air. This isn't just hyberbole. Tetsuo blew a massive hole in the moon with no effort at all as a simple demonstration of his power.
This is just what a very casual attack did and it's absolutely not the limit of what Tetsuo can do. In the telekinesis department Tetsuo has Sue very outclassed and I'm not even sure if her forcefields can block his telekinesis itself. Her own telekinesis isn't blocked by them so I need evidence that she can resist having her own strategy of making the enemy burst from inside used against her. She can't overpower his TK with hers so her shields will have to protect her from it.
That leads nicely into the counters I mentioned. Sue is known for putting her forcefields inside of people's bodies to restrict their bloodflow or breathing or to simply destroy them from the inside. Tetsuo's teleportation counters this. Tetsuo can teleport instantly even to the moon. He can also teleport things other than his body such as large buildings. If Sue tries to mess with his body he can disappear with a thought. His reaction speed is plenty fast enough to do this since he has reacted to beams of light when they were very close to him. I'd also like to see Sue's barriers preventing teleportation getting past them.
Tetsuo could become even more powerful in this fight and make it harder for Sue to hurt him by fusing with the battlefield itself. In the famous mutation scenes Tetsuo has it's actually his power trying to absorb the things around him to attain a larger body that can better contain it. This is because in Tetsuo's body the power is limited. Yes, that moon feat was while his power was limited by a tiny weak body. Tetsuo fused with a battleship at one point and took over the machine letting him fire the nukes onboard.
Tetsuo has one more abilitiy that Sue has no answer for: telepathy. He doesn't use it offensively but reading Sue's mind is a great advantage for him. If his eyes are made invisible rendering him blind as Sue has done in the past he can still use her own thoughts to know what's happening.
In conclusion Sue may have more experienece than Tetsuo but he's got immense power compared to her and some abilities that counter her precision and experience. He's fast enough to react at light speed, can teleport around whenever he wants to, and can hear her thoughts.

3) Sue's force field activities instinctively and shields her from a surprise attack
4) Sue instinctively puts up a force field wall before Quicksilver can reach her

- As you've noted Sue has far more experience than Tetsuo which is a very big advantage for her and Tetsuo being more powerful than Sue is still debatable.
My winning strategy goes as follows
Immediately when the battle starts Sue becomes invisible as well as surround herself with a layer of force like so

- Here Sue states that she always holds her force field active when she's in combat, meaning she'll be invisible with her force field preventing Tetsuo from locating her with telepathy
Sue has morals meaning she won't immediately try to explode or crush her opponents unless she's provoked, therefore she'll instead try to knock them out with her force attacks.

The scans above shows exactly how Sue attacks with morals on, much like INVISIBLE force attacks to the head and as I've demonstrated in the Offensive Feats category that Sue's force attacks can hurt 100 tonners, so a few attacks should put Tetsuo down since you haven't posted any blunt force durability feats for Tetsuo
Another thing is Tetsuo won't be able to react to Sue's attacks since they are invisible.
