@stormshadow_x William Birkin is the name of the scientist responsible for the creation of the G-Virus. Obsessed with creating the ultimate bioweapon, Birkin could not accept Umbrella stealing his creation from him, and taking his credit. Shot down in his futile attempt at resisting the Umbrella Alpha Team, Birkin used his final remaining strength to inject the virus into his own body. What resulted is an abomination beyond words, which immediately tracked down and wiped out the entire Alpha Team.

-Notice how much assault rifle fire Birkin walks through with absolutely no damage. -This is the best trained group in Umbrella history, and included HUNK, arguably THE most greatest RE human fighter. RE humans have many feats of fighting Beast Boy-level Bioweapons. -William Birkin walks through all of them and kills them all with one shot.
Even though he appeared back in RE2 which came out in 1998, lore has always been consistent that the G-Virus might have been the most dangerous virus of all. Now with the 2019 remake of the classic game, we can see Birkin's strength portrayed properly for the first time.
-Birkin in only his second form is able to casually bust a huge section of reinforced wall without even trying. Notice the broken steel girders embeded in the shattered concrete.
-Birkin in his third form ripping up huge steel cylinders filled with liquid and chucking them fast enough to explode. -Birkin ripping off a gigantic steel wall and friggin shattering it into pieces.
These feats occur once you've started damaging Birkin's weakpoints, which highlights the main feature of his powerset: he only gets more powerful the more you damage him.
Birkin starts off in his first form and he's already pretty strong. He's smashing steel railings and leaving dents in walls casually, and he gets way stronger and faster when he's really hurt and really angry. And of course he wiped out Alpha Team and tanked a ton of firepower. I'd say Beast Boy would struggle to beat first form Birkin, but would easily win using a T-Rex.
Second form Birkin is when he starts surpassing everything we've seen in nature including the T-Rex. By that point I'd say he's close to a 20 tonner, with one arm being a gigantic claw that can penetrate plated steel casually.
Third form Birkin is about 10 feet tall and probably weighs at least a ton or two. He has four, gigantic arms all with gigantic claws, and he's become that much stronger then before. It would be easy for this monster to kill a T-Rex.
Fourth form Birkin is when I am sure that Beast Boy is outclassed, and then Birkin still has his fifth form even beyond that. We'll leave those for later just to dismay all doubt.
In order for Beast Boy to win, he would have to essentially run a gauntlet of defeating Birkin, Birkin immediately mutating, and then defeating Birkin again. I doubt that Beast Boy has the physical or mental stamina to endure such a prolonged battle with a monstrosity like Birkin, especially when he is in Raccoon City, without his team, alone and unprepared. Birkin is a survival horror monster and so his greatest asset is arguably his ability to induce fear and panic. I honestly have to question Beast Boy's ability to overcome the shock of fighting such a monster, and whether he can even fight at his full capacity at all, and then question whether that full capacity would even be enough to win!
@stormshadow_x: Please come back to this, it is a good debate.
It's only been three days, lol. These take months to finish sometimes.
True. Let's hope this one is faster.
Sorry about that still working on my post, even when you have almost of a characters feats organized its hard to order them up with a character like BB :p
