As a child, Jack was trained in all forms of ancient combat around the world from his time period to become a highly skilled warrior capable of vanquishing the demon Aku.
He masters all forms of martial arts, and all known melee weapons.
Hand to Hand Skills:
Jack is able to best 2 masters Shaolin martial arts with stats somewhat close to his while going easy on them.
Jack was even able to hold his own and harm Aku with his striking technique.
Jack was also able to hold off Hellhounds with enhanced speed and strength through pure h2h.
Also, Jack is able to shatter a stone minion with his punch.
Swordsmanship:
Of course, Jack’s most vital skill is being a highly proficient Swordsman.
Jack fights primarily with his magic sword forged from the gods Odin, Ra, and Vishnu in order to vanquish Aku permanently and is able to become a one man army capable of destroying armies of robots, demon minions, and even skilled bounty hunters with often little to no effort.
The katana is indestructible, extra effective against evil, and is shown to be strong enough to cut through virtually any material with some force behind it.
Since Deathstroke is far from a nice guy, Jack’s sword will poss an issue for his armor and it's unprotected areas.
Ninjutsu:
Jack was also taught ninjutsu which he used to defeat a highly skilled Shinobi robot.
However, while most ninjas can only camouflaged in dark shadowy areas, Jack is actually trained to blend in broad daylight.
Since this match also takes place in daylight, Jack can resort to it if he is desperate enough to do so.
Jack is trained to have an incredible heightened jump through training sessions with a jungle man and a tribe of white furred gorillas who could also "jump good" through heavily weighted rocks all around his body and is gradually able to get fully used to the weight.
The end result is the ability to effortlessly reach extreme heights.
And at the end of the episode, Jack is able to reach the great heights of Aku to the point where even Aku assumes he could fly instead.
So Jack has a variety of options against Slade.
Stamina:
Jack is more than capable of exerting himself for really long times against armies of drones or skilled opponents if necessary:
Jack is able to solo an army consisting of hundreds of robot beetle drones within a day (Comic adapted from TV episode)
Jack successfully climbs a really tall mountain within 24 hours despite getting beat up by powerful snow monsters and falling down at one point without any rest at freezing temperatures.
Fights seemingly hordes of enhanced zombie vikings with an axe,
and is still able to successfully climb a really tall pyramid in unbearable heat as part of a test of worthiness from the Gods.
Jack successfully managed to single handedly fight hordes of enhanced zombies and later have a close fight against Aku the entire night to morning.
Jack has an evenly matched sword fight against the skilled Scotsman and ends up fight continuously from the afternoon to next morning.
After eventually getting tired, both weren’t willing to give up and later recovered enough energy to continue fighting hordes of robots without still getting rest.
So Jack shouldn’t relent easily.
Durability:
Jack can endure attacks with high blunt force and has a high tolerance for pain:
Jack was once captured into a Colosseum known as the Dome of Doom. After taking care of all of the previous challengers, Jack's next challenge was to face a 700 ton sumo.
At this point, Jack initially refuses to fight and gets squashed, but ends up surviving with minor inconvenience.
At one point, Jack was willing to be left behind in an exploding factory in order to sacrifice his life to save a Spartan leader.
While he was presumed dead by the fellow Spartans, it turns out Jack tanked the explosion in the end of the episode.
Jack and the Scotsman were also able to survive the point blank explosion of a huge rocket launcher missile.
In an iconic scene, Jack was forced to plummet to Earth wearing nothing but a spacesuit at fast speeds.
The end result was Jack's spacesuit being destroyed but Jack surviving without any serious injuries or major discomfort.
Gets punched and scraped against a cliff by a stone colossus without any serious burns or injuries.
Is able to tolerate getting lit on fire while climbing the pyramid.
Lastly, Jack has shown resistance to bullets and sword slashes by merely being grazed and often healing quickly or tolerating any pain to continue fighting.
Will Power:
Jack has also demonstrated a high will power throughout the series to remain undeterred and stay determined against every obstacle despite the odds:
A shadow beast attacks Jack mentally to steal his soul but Jack is able to resist and fight back to destroy the beast and free the trapped souls of a Japanese family.
While climbing the mountain, Jack temporally gets discouraged but continues on when he remembers his family and the world enslaved by Aku.
Jack was once infected by a piece of Aku which was transforming him into an Aku clone, but Jack was able to gradually resist the evil infection, and after temporally getting discouraged, manages to destroy the evil in him through will power.

Jack was also able to mentally resist a telepathic mind wipe from Aku and successfully fights back.
And despite Jack’s quest to the past being hopeless, Jack never gives up doubt and won’t stop until he defeats Aku and all obstacles that stand in his way.
Speed:
Of course, one of Jack’s most well known attributes is his superhuman speed.
Jack is a casual bullet timer who can casually perceive the bullets and rate of fire from a Minigun which can fire around 6000 rounds per minute or 100 bullets per second in modern time in slow motion.
Jack also able to casually deflect accurate machine gun bullets from a rotary cannon with a single hand.
Since the weapon is likely comparable to a Minigun which are the modern successors of Gattling guns, this shows Jack can perform at least 100 slashes per second at bare minimum casually (without taking into account if the futuristic bullets are faster than modern bullets) which will be quite a handful for Slade.
Now here's another instance where Jack has again nonchalantly deflected machine gun bullets while hardly looking.
And deflected and jumped over bullets from The Scotsman who was transformed into a woman as part of a curse.
Plus, one more instance of Jack deflecting machine gun fire with a single stroke and keeping up with his eyes closed.
Jack also deflected futuristic blaster guns.
As a part of his jump good training, Jack was moving fast enough to run on water despite being weighted down by heavy boulders and having his speed crippled by not being fully used to the weight.
And of course, Jack has managed to react and outrun to arrows shot at super speeds from the highly skilled and accurate Three Blind Archers who had unparalleled aim through Daredevil like senses until they encountered Jack, and unlimited arrows.
The Blind Archers were shown to be able to rapid fire hundreds of arrows in less than a second to decimate a robot Viking army.
Yet Jack was able to chop down and react to several of their arrows up close.
And Jack was able to outrun and react at close range again while blind folded and relying on his superior hearing.
It’s important to keep in mind that all of these feats for Jack are casual, and that Jack is able to react and move simply through speed after a bullet or arrow is fired rather than aim dodging or predicting where an attack is coming.
