"Bring me Thanos!"

Thor Odinson, god of Thunder, King Of Asgard, Opening:

Powers and Abilities:

  • god-like Speed
  • god-like Strength
  • god-like Durability
  • god-like Skill
  • Electrokinesis
  • Lightning Cloak
  • Healing Factor
  • Stormbreaker
  • Flight
  • Armor Summoning
  • Weather Manipulation

Thor has Four key advantages that allow him to win this fight, and fairly easily:

1) Speed/Skill: Since Thor has already out-sped and out-skilled Hela before, he should have no problem doing it again

2) Flight: Thor is the only one who can fly here, and he exploits this advantage in combat

3) Lightning/Weather Manipulation: Thor's Lightning has already put Hela down twice for over a minute On-Screen

4) Stormbreaker: This weapon has already One-Shot Thanos On-Screen, and it will do the same to Hela

With all of that said, let's begin

Speed/Skill:

Thor's Speed and Skill are some of the most important advantages he has over his opponents

Combat Speed/Skill:

This bit is very important because it shows Thor can easily outmaneuver anyone here and put Stormbreaker in their chest

No Caption Provided

Thor is the clear superior to Hela in Skill and Combat Speed. It's not even remotely close. The only reason Hela ever had the upper hand was due to her Vastly Superior Strength and Power

No Caption Provided

You can see the obvious difference once Thor has his lightning. Frankly, the fight ends right there because Thor won't be using an average Asgardian sword, but Stormbreaker, and Hela has never survived an Axe to the face or being cut in half

No Caption Provided

Thor can also out-skill Asgardian soliders with ease without killing them

No Caption Provided

Here Thor finishes them off

No Caption Provided

These Asgardians are extremely skilled

No Caption Provided

These Asgardians were even able to kill a Kurse

Keep in mind, these Asgardians were told to stop Thor, "by any means necessary", by Odin himself, so they were fighting to the best of their abilities, but failed horribly

The Take Away From This:

Thor is clearly faster and more skilled than either Hela or Thanos. This will aid Thor in CQC and will end with Stormbreaker in the chest's of Hela and Thanos

Reaction Speed:

This section is really only important in relation to Hela's Blades. Thor has already blocked/dodged Hela's blades with ease, so this really isn't a problem for him

No Caption Provided

Thor casually reacts to one of Hela's blades without even looking, then shatters the next one

No Caption Provided

Point Blank Range Thor reacts to and shatters Hela's blade

No Caption Provided

Even while jumping in mid air at Hela, Thor easily reacts to and vaporizes Hela's blades again

No Caption Provided

Thor while blitzing Hela reacts to and shatters her blades (Notice the lightning latches off Thor's weapon)

No Caption Provided

These will be far easier to dodge now that Thor can also fly and levitate

The Take Away From This:

Thor can clearly react to and destroy or dodge Hela's Blades, and this was before Thor had a weapon to block with and flight which aids his maneuverability

Flight:

Flight is extremely important here because Thor is the only one who possesses this ability

No Caption Provided

Thor can easily fly at Mach One (Notice the Mach Cone Around Mjolnir)

No Caption Provided

Thor uses his speed while bullrushing as well. Notice how fast he bullrushes through this thresher (Left Side)

No Caption Provided

Thor uses his flight advantage to bullrush quite often, as seen here

No Caption Provided

Thor blitzes Malekith so fast he pulls cars around them in to a portal. To be fair, the weight of these cars is a little hard to be sure of due to the convergence, but it still shows Thor can blitz quickly and that he uses this type of attack In-Character

No Caption Provided

Thor Casually flies through these Outrider ships, and shows his ability to Levitate which is important

No Caption Provided

Why is Levitation important? Because Thor can call down lightning strikes while Levitating, and because those strikes kept Hela down for over a minute on-screen which is more than enough time for Thor to kill Hela with Stormbreaker. How do we know Thor uses his lightning like this in combat? Because he has multiple times

No Caption Provided

Thor now has the ability to levitate while he shoots this lightning

No Caption Provided

Here Thor clearly uses his flight advantage+lightning to blitz Thanos, so we know Thor will do this In-Character

The Scenario ends up very much like this:

No Caption Provided

The Take Away From This:

Thor can easily levitate above his opponents and rain lightning down on them, then once they are incapacitated he can finish the job with Stormbreaker. Flight and levitation also aid Thor when dodging Hela's blades

Lightning/Weather Manipulation:

Lightning Blasts:

These are extremely important because Thor has already used these on Hela and KO'd her On-Screen

No Caption Provided

Thor hits Hela with lightning from the sky. If you count the seconds On-Screen in the battle you will see that Hela is off screen for over a minute. My Opponent may be quick to say that Valkyrie stabbed her, but realistically, stabs have never had much effect on Hela

No Caption Provided

Hela simply takes this Asgardian blade out and heals, so it was obviously the lightning that kept Hela down

No Caption Provided

Here Thor hits Hela with a massive lightning strike. The Official Ragnarok Script says that she was incapacitated, and this is further proven by the fact that Hela was not seen on screen for over Two Minutes after Thor's lightning strike

No Caption Provided

Keep in mind that these lightning strikes can be called down casually without even a motion from Thor being required

The Take Away From This:

Thor has already shown the ability On-Screen to incapacitate Hela via lightning, so there is no reason he can't do so again, then finish her with Stormbreaker

Lightning Cloak:

Since many people don't seem to understand how potent Thor's Cloak is, or even what it is, I'm going to take the liberty of explaining exactly how Thor's Cloak works:

No Caption Provided

Thor's Cloak has multiple abilities that it grants him, such as Lightning Enhanced Punches, Electrokinesis, and a Healing Factor

Cloak: Offensive/Defensive Capabilities:

No Caption Provided

Thor's Cloak/AOE Lightning Destroys This Incredibly Durable Outrider Ship. We know this because we see the Cloak activated as Thor enters the Ship

No Caption Provided

How Durable? This Durable. These Ships Tanked Re-Entry, Then Hitting The Ground at Insane Speeds, and Thor Ripped Through It Like Cotton Candy

My opponent may say, "we don't know this is Thor's Cloak". Well, I have further evidence, even though the Cloak is clearly destroying the Ship:

No Caption Provided

To the bottom left you can see Thor uses his Cloak to destroy one of the massive threshers in Wakanda

No Caption Provided

Clearly the lightning coming off of Thor is destroying it, so this would fit the idea that Thor's Cloak destroyed the Outrider Ships

No Caption Provided

This Incredibly powerful Cloak Protects Thor from anyone who tries to attack him (Notice the lightning strikes where Thor isn't even looking)

This means anyone trying to attack Thor must first get through Thor's Re-Entry level Cloak

No Caption Provided

This Lightning Cloak Also Amps Thor's Casual Hits Enough To Nearly One-Shot The Hulk

No Caption Provided

Stormbreaker also has it's own cloak that latches off on to it's enemies, like these outriders

The Take Away From This:

This section really shows how Thor is a team of his own. His Cloak protects him from attacks, and attacks others, while Thor can telekinetically control Stormbreaker to fight as well with it's own mini Cloak. We also can not be sure that Hela's blades can even get through Thor's cloak at this point, considering Stormbreaker seems to make this Cloak even more potent

Cloak: Healing Factor:

Here you can see the entire fight between Hela and Thor. Notice that Thor was down from small stabs before his lightning abilities kicked in, but afterwards he was capable of getting up after deep stabs in just seconds. This is because Thor's cloak is capable of healing him from wounds, such as Hela's Stabs, and most other injuries he acquires

Thor's healing factor is also evident in IW when he is nearly dead after Thanos attack

No Caption Provided

You can see Thanos tortured Thor with the power stone

No Caption Provided

You can see how hurt Thor already was, then he is hit by a power stone blast capable of destroying this ship. Keep in mind this Ship was durable enough to tank a singularity

but when he is found by the Guardians he's alright, healed, and able to stand and talk like normal, and this is JUST from possibly hours of floating in space with NO air or help at all, and unconscious Here is the link to Thor meeting the guardians. Thor is still scuffed up, but Thor's visible wounds are completely gone. Thor was in a near death state coughing up blood, and now he's totally ok, and I want to remind you that this is after a few hours, possibly less, in Space, unable to even breath.

Another obvious showing of Thor's healing is that Thor loses his eye and the outer areas around his eye when they are slashed out by Hela, but when Thor puts in his new eye from Rocket Here, the surrounding area, such as his eye lashes and eye lids, are totally healed. Keep in mind that in the opening scene of IW we are told that the ship is not far from Asgard, so Thor was maybe out of combat for an hour before he fought Thanos, then he is nearly beaten to death, then in a hour or so in space, unable to even breath, he is still totally healed

The Take Away From This:

Stab wounds from Hela are nearly a non-factor, as Thor has taken them, then gotten up in seconds

Weather Manipulation:

No Caption Provided

Thor summons a town sized tornado in seconds to fight the destroyer

No Caption Provided

Thor can use this tornado to lift Thanos and Hela off the ground. This will immobilize them, but Thor will be able to move freely and kill them with Stormbreaker

The Take Away From This:

Thor can easily immobilize his opponents via tornados, making them easy targets for Stormbreaker

Stormbreaker:

This is one of the most important if not the most important section of this battle. Why? Because Stormbreaker has already shown the ability to kill Thanos in one hit. Stormbreaker can also cut Hela in half or cut her head off. We know this because an average Asgardian blade pierced straight through her chest, so we know Stormbreaker can do the same

No Caption Provided

CQC Use:

No Caption Provided
Thor has already shown the ability to casually tag Hela, so there is no reason he can't do the same but this time with Stormbreaker
No Caption Provided

Thor hits Hela with a regular Asgardian sword, but this doesn't have any permanent affect because this is a fairly weak weapon. With Stormbreaker, Hela would be dead

No Caption Provided

Thor can clearly fight just as cleanly and quickly with Stormbreaker as with an Asgardian sword. Thanos is going to be one-shot just about as easily as these Outriders

Ranged Use:

No Caption Provided

Thanos can be one-shot as seen on-screen, and this time Thanos will have no defense like the IG

No Caption Provided

Thor is also able to telekinetically control Stormbreaker, so if Hela or Thanos dodge, it isn't a problem, Stormbreaker will just follow them

The Take Away From This:

Simply put, Thor has already one-shot a far more powerful Thanos and could have one-shot Hela if he had wielded Stormbreaker at the time

How Thor's Advantages Turn In To A Victory:

Scenario One:

Ranged Scenario:

Thor will likely aim for Thanos first as he knows he can kill him in one attack from Stormbreaker

No Caption Provided

Since the Team and Thor start on opposite ends of the Bifrost bridge, Thor will have plenty of time to blitz Thanos with lightning

No Caption Provided

Like this

No Caption Provided

Or like this

No Caption Provided

then Thor uses Stormbreaker to kill Thanos before Hela does anything

No Caption Provided

Since Thor can telekinetically control Stormbreaker, Thanos won't be able to dodge it, and that's besides the fact that Thanos didn't dodge Stormbreaker On-Screen, so to suggest he would is simply denying on-screen evidence

Once Thanos is out of the way, this battle becomes a 1v1. Thor has already tagged Hela with a vastly inferior weapon multiple times, so to suggest he can't with Stormbreaker would be inaccurate

No Caption Provided

Thor puts Gungnir in Hela's chest

No Caption Provided

With Lightning it's that much easier for Thor

No Caption Provided

Since a regular Asgardian blade could pierce Hela there is no reason Stormbreaker can't. Hela has never recovered from being cut in half, and Stormbreaker can do that with ease

No Caption Provided

If all else fails, Thor In Character will fly up and blitz Thanos or Hela with lightning

Like this:

No Caption Provided
No Caption Provided

This lightning strike that Thor used casually left Hela off the screen for over a minute, so that leaves more than enough time for Thor to finish her with Stormbreaker

Or like this:

No Caption Provided

Summary:

Thor will target Thanos immediately, making him just about a non-factor here because he can't dodge Stormbreaker, nor survive it

Once Thanos is gone, Thor uses his superior speed and skill to hit Hela with Stormbreaker, cutting her in half, ending the battle

If Thor somehow didn't kill Thanos initially, he can fly in to the air, lightning strike the team, then blitz them with Stormbreaker

Scenario Two:

Blitz Scenario:

Thor can also blitz the opponents by himself without throwing Stormbreaker

No Caption Provided

Thor blitzing with Stormbreaker in hand would definitely be the end of either Thanos or Hela. We know Thor can fly at minimum Mach One Speeds, so it's doubtful either Hela or Thanos would react, especially if Thor spams lightning first

No Caption Provided

Like this

After Thor blitzes either Hela or Thanos, he then continues to 1v1 the survivor, who will be outskilled and outmatched

Summary:

Thor can simply spam lightning, then fly at mach speeds in to Thanos or Hela. Once one of them is eliminated, he continues to 1v1 the remaining teammate, outskill them, then kill them with Stormbreaker

Scenario Three:

CQC Scenario:

If Thor was forced to fight both at once for one reason or another, he can still compete even then

No Caption Provided

Thor has no problem fighting multiple people at once

No Caption Provided

Thor was already out-speeding and skilling Hela, so adding Thanos doesn't add much, especially when Stormbreaker one-shots him

Bottom line is, Thanos is too slow and not skilled enough to truly compete against someone who can one-shot him

No Caption Provided

Thor's cloak will aid in Thor fighting multiple opponents

No Caption Provided

Thor's cloak protects him against people who he's not even looking at

No Caption Provided

Thor's casual lightning is able to put Hela off screen for over a minute

No Caption Provided

Even if Thor is somehow getting pummeled down, he can call down a massive lightning strike like he did here. This kept Hela off screen for over two minutes, and Thanos doesn't have the feats to say he'd even survive this

Summary:

Thor has a one-shot weapon, Cloak, Lightning Strikes, and the Skill/Speed feats to keep up with these two characters. Even if Thor was somehow pinned down, he can call down lightning strikes to KO Hela and Thanos

Conclusion:

Wether it be Scenario One, Two, or Three, Thor wins due to the Advantages I have provided:

  • Speed/Skill:

Thor is simply faster than his opponents. Thor can react to Hela's blades easily, and he already blitzed her on-screen. The team really has no speed feats to speak of whatsoever, nor skill, so even if Thor was tagged, he could out-skill Hela and Thanos in CQC

  • Flight:

Even if all my plans somehow failed, Thor can still fly in the air and spam lightning strikes on Hela or Thanos

  • Lightning/Weather Manipulation:

Lightning Strikes can incapacitate Hela and Weather Manipulation can change the terrain to aid Thor

  • Stormbreaker:

Simply put, Thor can one-shot either of his opponents with ease. Thor has already one-shot Thanos, and Hela has weak piercing durability to Asgardian weapons, such as Stormbreaker, so wether it be ranged or CQC, Stormbreaker to the chest is a one-shot

Because I have made these points very clear, the answer is also very Clear
