Black Panther: The most badass superhero EVER.
BIO
Strength: lifting
Even without the suit BP is able to restrain the Winter Soldiers arm, and it is a casual multi tonner here are some decent feats:
The arm can casually team a bullet proof car door off its hinges, now regular cars can withstand 1000 N, and military vehicles require ten times that amount, this was very very bullet proof, so it's safe to assume that this is military, so casually WS can exert 10,000 Newtons, or 1 ton of force.
The arm can even over power Captain America, who is a dozen plus tonner, granted he had help from his other arm. But Black Panther can go even further with his suit:
With the suit on T'challa can strait up over power the arm, using only one hand. and look how Cap preformed in a similar scenario:
As you can see Cap over powered by the arm and failed to break its grip with both arms, wheras BP was capable of doing with just one.
While I am not saying that Black Panther is 100% above Cap in strength, he is certainly in the same league, and that is a league that Batman is no where near, T'challa is certainly a multi tonner, and if the two grapple BP will tear Bruce's arms off, no question. This could also come into play if he wants to finish the fight by snapping Batman's neck, there are numerous possibilities. T'challa>>Batman in strength.
Strength: Striking
Black Panther is able to casually rag doll 200 pounds like nothing with one kick. Cap must have gone flying a a good 10-15 feet.
Even suit less BP can do similar things, he is able to kick WS multiple feet up and then into a wall, and had the wall not been there Bucky would have gone a much greater distance, as he was still going up. Even more impressive is the fact that he can do it suit less.
Here he two shots Hawkeye, who has Batman level durability.
Frankly Bruce is going to get utterly rag dolled by any of these strikes, and due to BP's skill and speed advantage he shouldn't be able to dodge or counter them. He is casually capable of sending 200 pound men dozens of feet, and taking down guys with similar durability to Bruce in only two hits. BP>>Batman in striking.
Durability: Blunt force
The king of Wakanda is perfectly capable of shrugging off kicks from Cap, and just to give you an idea of how powerful said kicks are:
These kicks would pretty much one shot Batman, as they launch men a couple dozen feet, and dent and move a fully loaded full size pickup truck (6.5 tons according to truckyeah.com, weight with no load is 3 tons) multiple feet, and fast enough to knock some one 7-8 feet, yet T'challa has zero problem with the kick.
BP can utterly no sell serious shield throws from Cap, which are insanely powerful, just take a look:
His shied tosses smash though through titanium, (the standard metal the US military uses for air crafts.) it requires around 100,000 newtons to dent titanium, which is 11 tons of force, and thats just to dent it, his shield decimates it so it would be exerting vastly more than 11 tons of force, and Panther rolls it off like nothing.
Honestly in terms of physical force Batman could beat on T'challa for hours before he is KOed, especially with BP's speed and skill advantages physical damage is not a viable option for victory for Batman, as his best strikes clock in at 1400 pounds according to this video:

This impact is only about one fifteenth of Cap's shield throw which T'challa shrugged off like nothing. So if physical force is not an option, be must rely on his gear, well unfortunately, he can't.
Durability: Piercing, and other Miscellaneous
First off Panther is strait up confirmed to be bullet proof:
And this completely confirmed by the fact that he can do this:
As you can see he literally no sells high cal. rounds like nothing.
He can even no sells bullets point blank to the palm, which would be much less armored that the rest of his body. RIP baterangs.
He can also resist powerful electric shocks.
None of Batman's gear will really be a viable option, giving him no real way to take Panther down. His physical attacks can't do anything, his baterangs are utterly useless as BP has some of the highest piecing tolerance of any MCU character, and I don't remember if he has electric gadgets, but if he does they won't be used to great effect, this is all taking into account the fact that Black Panther is faster, more skilled, is stronger, and hits harder.
Speed: Running and Agility
Here we see BP casually out pacing WS Cap, and traffic, but how fast exactly was he going? Watch this video if you would like to find out:

Black Panther can easily run at 38 mph, possibly faster, this should be more that enough to bull rush Batman, and if T'challa is even forced to run (he won't be) he will do so easily. While if Bruce runs (much more likely) he will stand no chance, as his speed isn't even close to Panthers.
As you can see he loves integrating flips and acrobatics into his combat, this will make him a much harder opponent to tag, as Bruce shown little or no acrobatic ability.
Black Panther will even utilize flips in direct combat to avoid attacks, this is also a very impresvie showing of skill, Batman will have a very difficult time tagging him if he is flipping and dancing around all of his attacks.
T'challa can also use his surroundings to his advantage, he is able to use Falcon to give him a boost, and then leaps with deadly accuracy many dozens of feet to take down WS's bike.
Overall Batman is not nearly as agile or fast, he will be getting blitzed and bull rushed all over the place, while he can hardly land a hit as Black Panther will be leaping all over the place, and if Batman is forced to retreat, Black Panther will easily out run him, and if the dark knight decides to use his grappling hook BP could do a flying leap and grab him. This coupled with all of his other advantages, and Panther is set up for a win.
Speed: Reflexes and Skill
Here we see BP dodging arrows from about 7 feet away, now the fastest bows, such as the BowTech 360 fire at about 350 fps, or 238 mph, this means that BP had about one 50th of a second to move his body a good 2 feet, this is 100 fps or 68 mph.
Here we see him doing the same thing, except he catches them, he moved both his hands three feet, and was very precise with them, making this an even more impressive feat, and meaning he would have to move at a similar speed to the arrows, since in the clip you hear the bow string firing, and then he moves his hands. Honestly, when it comes to reflexes Batman isn't in his league, not to mention that T'challa out speeds bullet timers, exhibit A:

Sorry that the audio gets messed up, but this is a very impressive demonstration of skill, Hawkeye doesn't tag him once in the whole fight, and BP utilizes better speed and skill to take him down, why is this so impressive? Because Clint can do this:
That is blatant bullet timing, this should certainly suffice. Black Panther has even more impressive fights, such as this:

Here BP draws with Cap (fight isn't concluded), but it was leaning heavily to T'challa, as he attempted 11 attacks, and Cap only attempted 1, out skilling, and speeding him, Cap was forced on the defensive for the entire fight, and I don't think I need to give feats that Cap>>Batman in skill, as you should certainly know this already.
Black Panther is strait up out of Bruce's league in speed and skill, he casually arrow times, catches them simultaneously while completing a flip, he is far above Batfleck in pure reflexes. And skill is no contest at all, BP dances around bullet timers like they are in slow motion, and he is many many times faster than Cap, who is one of the most skilled beings in all CBMs and dwarfs Batman in every category, (especially skill). Like all of the other listed categories BP>>Batman.
Conclusion/Strategy
Black Panther essentially has every single advantage in this fight (including gear, but I will get to that later) while Batman has none. Black Panther can over power multi tonners, send 200-pound men dozens of feet, tank multi ton kicks, and massively multi ton shield throws, shrug off high cal rounds, no sells gun shots point blank to the palm, withstand powerful taser shots, run at 40 mph, perform aromatic tricks in combat, catch arrows, and out skill top tiers. Batman will be able to inflict no substantial damage with his punches or kicks, in fact they will primarily be no sold, and his batarangs will not even be factors as BP is unphased by bullets, giving Batman no actual way to put him down. Not to mention the fact that BP's strikes will send him flying, and do enormous damage. Batman won't even be able to land strikes, as BP will be flipping over him and dodging his attacks, meanwhile BP will be tagging the shit out of Bruce due to his speed and skill advantage. BP's advantages include:
- Durability (his best category)
- lifting strength
- agility
- skill
- striking
- speed
- reflexes
- gear (I will elaborate on this later)
Batfleck's advantages include:
- Nothing
- Nothing
- A whole lot more nothing
Panther will most likely open up by charging into battle before Batman can react. He will that bombard the dark knight will strikes ans is d flips, and after landing a few nice hits he will rag doll Bruce will a massive kick. After this Bruce could attempt an offensive, BP will dodge his attacks and out skill him taking the advantage again and pound him down. At this point Bruce will most likely attempt to flee via grappling hook, but T'challa could easily ground him again by using his speed and agility. After this Panther will be laughing off Bats's best hit while beating the crap out of him using superior speed. Batman truly has no way to win, this is a massive stomp in T'challa's favor in every way. Black Panther wins.
