Yeah, I'd suggest you research russ a little, unless you're a junkie for surprises.

Hmmm thought russ was going to get stomped but as this is MCU Thor it should be a good CaV

The Mighty Thor

Thor is the prince of Asgard, first born son to Odin All-father and a prominent member of the Avengers. He protects the nine realms with his mighty hammer, Mjolnir, and his warriors spirit. Mjolnir probably deserves a post of it's own so (given I know nothing of Russ) I'll just examine his physical capabilities for this post;

Strength

They don't call him mighty for nothing, Thor is an easy class 100 even without his hammer;

Thor is able to resist and even push back the Incredible Hulk, while trying to talk sense to him.

Physically dominating Iron-Man. This would be impressive normally (Iron-Man is a 60+ tonner) but the context (Iron-Man being amped to more then four times his usual level, Thor being weakened by Dark Energy) makes it all the more impressive.

Durability

Another valuable asset to Thor, he possesses nigh invulnerability to conventional weaponry, and is able to take an extreme amount of punishment;

Tanks a hit from Odin's staff, the very same weapon capable of turning the super humanly durable giant king Laufey to dust with a single blast

He's also survived explosions on a massive scale and been totally fine, if only momentarily unconscious;

His blunt force durability is also extremely impressive;

Is able to take several hundred tons of rock to the face at 0:55 and only be brought to his knees, also able to taken sustained blows from Kurse and remain conscious.

Able to take hits like this and continue fighting at his best.

Speed and Agility

Slowdinson doesn't exist in the MCU, Thor has several high end reaction feats;

His foot speed is equally impressive;

He's able to move his body fluidly due to his Asgardian physiology like here;

Agility showings at 5:20, 8:30.
