Jio Freed has an inner demon inside him known as Satan, these two being in sync with each other, Jio is able to utilize Satan's power in many ways, offensively, defensively purposes, and even from a versatile aspect. Such a combination will prove substantial, and to start off offensive power

666: God's Enemy
We get a pretty neat destruction feat from Satan earlier on, A feat that speaks for itself. He creates this gigantic crater something that can be seen visible in space, from that alone the yield is Multi-Continental. The feat is much greater when you factor in that circled speck we see is the size of a country. Shin, that object in comparison to the crater had a comparable size to this whale who was able to swallow a large island-sized creature visually dwarfing it. It's narratively consistent with objects like the Rock Bird being viewed as country-sized
With it being far too big to be labeled as an actual city. And in comparison to the Shin, it's nothing but viewed as small. For the crater to utterly dwarf Shin in size would make the feat significantly greater, bordering the moon tier and this is done so by Satan who wasn't at his strongest, while very casual with it. He uses this same attack (it is stronger than before due to him absorbing Ruby's soul) against Cross, both tanking the impact.
Jio has light-speed feats pretty earlier on in the series, in terms of reactionary that is. The series goes out of its way to make sure that when something is supersonic, or light-speed, it has a consistent portrayal of how it interacts with things, in this case, light interacting with steam. Jio is capable of avoiding light from a few meters away in all directions:
All before he became stronger, prior to the Timeskip. Later on in the series, we have another feat that involves light, a man who can turn into literal light is capable of Light-speed travel. A speed that wasn't much to be considered impressive towards the point Kirin and Amidaba could react to it, Amidaba being able to react and bend it that is. Two characters who don't hold a candle to Jio.
Versatility
666: True Hell
Jio has a lot of broken things about him, but what sticks out most is his ability to absorb things, things that aren't tangible, composed of massive amounts of energy, etc. We're told that Satan is in possession of absorbing massive amounts of energy, energy that is far above his pay grade normally. Because of their Absorption powers, they're capable of absorbing universal lvls of energy, known as Eternal Energy, an energy Jio used to defeat Satan and Shin. Of course, I'm not portraying Jio as universal in this match, but Jio being able to absorb someone like Madara even if argued far above his pay grade wouldn't matter, because that doesn't interfere with his absorption powers. With Jio/Satan's Absorption powers, it's equipped with far more, even capable of absorbing souls and the very information of objects or anything bound by the concept that allows all information possible. A concept that is universally everywhere:
Equipped with the ability to absorb, Jio is in possession of gaining the knowledge/power of which he absorbs, like the ability to teleport. Jio is also in possession of more soul manipulation attacks, like an attack that allows him to target the user stemming from hatred and practically anything else is ignored, as supplemented where barriers are entirely ignored. This thing is capable of targeting the soul, as a being that was purely a spiritual figure was effected by Jio's Boomerang O-Part. Jio is capable of regeneration, being able to regenerate limbs and many other body parts.
Win-Condition
Ultimately, this comes down to how Madara interacts with Jio's absorption powers, something that I don't see Madara dealing with and generally, Jio has ways to counteract Madara's general abilities. However, I won't speak much until I have a general idea of how you argue Madara here, but I wanted to keep this short.
