Cartoon/Novel/Video Game Tourney (FULL)

Here's an idea that me and Geekryan thought of. The point of this tourney is make people use characters from more underused media in CaVs and make people be more creative in their choices.

Rules

• 8 points for characters
• 15 Points for perks
• As mentioned, only Cartoon, Video Game, and Novel characters are allowed. Characters from Anime/Manga, Comics, and LA are not allowed. Tie in feats from banned media are allowed however as long as its based on the character from one of the three formats allowed in this tourney
• No time manipulation
• No BFR
• No reality warping
• No space manipulation
• Hax will be dealt with on a case by case basis
• intangibility only allowed for 5 seconds
• Summon limited to 30 and can not be above 2 pointers
• Cloning is limited to 5
• No insta kill attacks
• No soul attacks
• TP and TK is not directly allowed on the opponents team

Speed: Arrow timing

Strength: 15 tons

Durability: Small building level (5-10 stories)

Speed: Non casual bullet timing

Strength: 25 tons

Durability: Large building level (10-20 stories)

Strength: 40 tons

Durability: Very large building level (20-30 stories)

no live action , there are too many tournaments with them

Does strength include Attack potency?

@tomtheawesome123: No, AP is limited by what building size the character can destroy.

And that is equal to the "Durability Level" right? Because in the OP you only listed durability level.

Albus Dumbledore (Novel and Movie Composite) 1 point. If composite isn't allowed then I might have to go with Half blood prince Albus.

would manny be considered a 4 ?
if yes then I know my team because of another character of similar stats
If I have a character that has different forms can I switch forms at will or do I have to pick just one ?
What is the DC limit for the point value ?
Can I use some perk points to add to the character points ?

Yes.

Yes you can switch froms but lets say you got a character for 3 they can enter a transformation than makes them a 4 but can enter forms below a 3 pointer that may otherwise grant them abilities they lack in 3 pointer form.

@shade545: Genji would be the four pointer, Artemis a 1, and I’m sure Eragon is either a 1 or 2. The series he’s in doesn’t have guns, he does have feats of reacting to arrows, but the hard thing is he doesn’t really have any durability feats outside of his magic, which would need to be nerfed too because he does have insta kill spells, TP, and by an extent, TK. Eragon with just Glaedr’s Eldunari should be fine (at the end of the series he has more than one and is well above building level) so with just one he doesn’t have that kind of energy to draw from.

@shade545: Genji’s got a pretty casual and impressive bullet deflecting feat so that would push him to four points, no?
