I’m not familiar with this character but since they’re from MHA I’m going to assume they cap at super-sonic/low hypersonic? Anybody feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

If that’s the case then this is a horrendous mismatch in Carrot’s favour based on the speed gap alone.
