Pretty sure either on team 2 solos.

Carnage solos via possession.

Effortless stomp for All Might and Noumu.

Well venom gets destroyed but carnage can outlast All-Might and idk who would win between nomu and carnage

I'm going with the first team.

Team 2 stomps

Nothing they do can keep down Carnage but Carnage can't keep down Nomu

All might shockwave punches them do death.
