Don't know Iden so I can't say for sure, but I'd guess Captain Rex. His combat training and experience is probably more extensive than Iden's. But again, I can't say much on the subject matter as much as I'd like to.

@greysentinel365: Reasons? Iden's actually pretty impressive, and she's got various gear that Rex doesn't really have much of a counter to (personal force-field like a Destroyer Droid, a droid that can shock people for her, etc.). Not saying Rex won't win, but I do think Iden's got a chance at least.
