I'm not too familiar with Mr.Miracle but I never really though he was this powerful? I thought he was closer to street level?

@jashro44: He a mid tier but need amps like Alpha Effect and ALE to be a solid threat.

Not familiar at all with Captain Marvel (at least this version of him. Typically Scott doesn't operate on high tier at least without his god powers
