Black Adam grappled with Ultraman for a bit with them pushing each other through buildings and aircraft carriers until Ultraman won and also helped Sinestro move the moon. The only thing separating Billy from Teth is experience but he did also have a decent if incredibly brief scuffle with Superman.

Composite feats should allow Billy Pre-New 52 feats though.
