Captain Marvel vs. ...

I've been in a Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell) kick lately, as you may tell by my avatar, but, I'm confused as to just how powerful he is.

Could he keep up with:

Thor?
Sentry?
Hulk?
Ikaris? (the eternal)
Black Bolt?
Quasar?

If none of them, how about these lower tiers:

Ms. Marvel?
Wonder Man?
Iron Man?
The Fantastic Four?
Cyclops?
Iceman?
Captain Britain?

And since this is obviously lacking any DC characters:

A Green Lantern? If so, which ones? Could he beat Kyle or Hal?
Wonder Woman?
Martian Manhunter?
Steel?

Sorry to drag this out, but could you give me a couple names of who he's closer to in terms of power?

Thor - No, Thor is vastly stronger than him.
Sentry - Possibly for the reason that his Nega-Bands are powered by the Negative Zone, which weakness Sentry
Hulk - I believe he could due to his range of abilities while Hulk is limited.
Ikaris? (the eternal) - Not sure, but I think Ikaris wins
Black Bolt? - If Black Bolt goes from the one shot kill, he wins. Otherwise Mar-Vell wins.
Quasar? - Quasar has access to a greater range of attacks and power
Ms. Marvel? - Mar-Vell could take advantage of the fact she views him as a idol to steal the win. But just going all out, I think Ms. Marvel wins.
Wonder Man? - Wonder Man could outpower Mar-Vell
Iron Man? - Same as above
The Fantastic Four? Mar-Vell should beable to take the F4. He may struggle with Sue though.
Cyclops? - Mar-Vell
Iceman? - Iceman is extremely hard to hurt. Eventually he would win.
Captain Britain? - Not too sure. I don't know enough about CB
A Green Lantern? Any of the main ones would beat Mar-Vell but he could take the c-list GL's
Wonder Woman? - Wonder Woman easily
Martian Manhunter? - Same as above
Steel? - Mar-Vell should beat Steel

Thor - Thor would easily win.
Sentry - Sentry should easily win. These has been no evidence to show that Mar-vell can manipulate his connection to the Negative Zone to help him defeat the Sentry. We only have some words from the Sentry cryptically saying that Mar-Vell had some means to subdue him.
Hulk - They have encountered each other before. Mar0vell had little in his arsenal that could hurt the Hulk and the Hulk would simply get stronger. Marvel will tire and several blows from the Hulk will end Mar-Vell's chances.
Ikaris - Ikaris wins. He is stronger, more durable and has far greater endurance. He also has significant matter manipulation / psionic abilities that could spell defeat for Mar-Vell.
Black Bolt - BB only needs to utter his shout and it's all over. Although only an Inhuman, BB has reaction speed on par with Mar-Vell and so should be able to get his attack off.
Quasar - Easy win for Quasar.

Ms. Marvel - She wins.
Wonder Man - He wins.
Iron Man - He wins
The Fantastic Four - They win.
Cyclops - Mar-vell wins. He has enhanced reaction speed and one blast from him would end Cyclops.
Iceman - he wins.
Captain Britain - CB is far stronger, has a faster reaction speed and is questionably more durable. I think it would be a close fight, but I am tempted to say CB.

A Green Lantern - Any GL has the raw power to win.
Wonder Woman - She wins
Martian Manhunter - He wins
Steel - His armour is quite impressive. A much closer battle but I would be tempted to favour Mar-Vell.
