What are Major Force capabilities?
He has a lot of the same powers as Captain Atom, as the source of his powers come from the Quantum Field. He possesses superhuman physical abilities. He's been able to hold his own against Superman, knocking him across several states with one punch, he KO'ed Captain Atom after several punches, (but in Atom's defense, he was blinded by Dr. Spectro, giving Major Force an opening), he's held his own against Hal Jordan and Kyle Rayner for a while, traded blows with Lashina (aka Duchess), traded blows with Vuldarian Guy Gardner, and has fought the Justice League on his own (Superman, Flash, Kyle, Wonder Woman, Resurrection Man, J'onn J'onnz).
He's able to fly, although in the beginning, he was only able to jump vast distances. He is able to project dark matter blasts and also, Quantum energy blasts as well. He once used some form of dark quantum energy to suck the solar energy from Superman's body. It worked briefly, but it seemed like a one-off kinda thing.
Along with Anti-Man, I can see Major Force holding his own for a while, but I don't think he'd win in the end.
