Captain Marvel could defeat Gladiator and Blue Beetle is capable of holding Iron Man long enough for the help he needs. I think it's possible he could even defeat Iron Man, but that doesn't matter too much,

BB doesnt have the feats to say hed beat Iron Man...

this all rests on Billy's shoulders. fortunately Billy can carry his team.

@warlockmage: You said Blue Beetle doesn't have the feats to say he could beat Iron Man. What are the best feats you've seen of him that you have seen that make you think they are not enough?

Blue Beetles suit is incredibly powerful.

1. His suit has stated it can create nuke level weapons.
2. A blast from Jamie was able to crack a construct shield from Guy Gardner.
3. Capable of fighting off Starro who had 5 Sinestro Corps Rings.
4. Can travel faster than the speed of light.

He was able to take multiple attacks from Guy Gardner who I'm sure you know is powerful. Keep in mind that Guy was actually trying to defeat him and didn't know Jamie was a kid inside the Scarab at the time. This was also during the beginning of Jamie's career.

Ironman doesn't care about nuke lvl, he survive nuke with less than 1% power

Trade blows with hulk, Thor and others

Can travel faster than light (not with that suit, but still can, anyway it doesn't really change anything in combat)

Have ridiculous arsenal of crazy weapons

Etc, it won't take him to long before going to help gladiator but idk enough about gladiator to know who would win

Here's a respect thread for Gladiator if you want to see it.

Billy can carry Jaimie to victory. Or Jaimie can at least hold off Iron Man whilst Marvel beats Gladiator.

means nothing to Iron Man... Iron Mans suit has survived blows against a Thor not holding back... Jaime does not have that kind of power. we're talking about a guy who tanked an actual Nuke at 2% power

i know Pre 52 Guy is far far weaker and extremely inconsistent compared to Hal, Kyle or even John. he was knocked out stone cold by Batman.

literal definition of outlier. if Jaime could really fight off Starro on a consistent basis he'd be able to solo the entire JL. he cant even beat Superman

but his combat speed is much much lesser than that.

see what i said above about Guy... im sorry during his pre 52 career pre 2005 Guy Gardner was an inconsistent hack. its not impressive at all

im sorry what exactly are those scrambles supposed to do? it looks like a standard basic energy attack which Iron Man eats up for fun. i mean theres no proof they'd work on Tony especially in the Extremis armor (which has his best TP defense and 2nd best energy durability)
